I came here for a spa week facial last year. The extraction work left much to be desired and left my blackheads pretty much untouched. That is a fail in my book. When I asked to use the restroom, I was escorted back up into the salon and was directed to a restroom in the back of the salon. When I returned down to the dank dungeon, I was brought to an incredibly small room and changed and got under the throw that must have been bought at the dollar store. The massage was ok, with the exception that he tried to make conversation with me throughout and that I could hear the water running through the terribly noisy pipes during my so called "relaxation massage." My companion said his masseuse (the only female of four masseurs) had no idea what she was doing and provided a lame and confusing half massage. Afterwards, the staff treated me horribly as I attempted to use a gift card, one which their website said they accepted, and I was verbally berated and treated in a most atrocious manner from the owner. He was rude and barked at me, refusing to have a conversation in an adult manner. He did not attempt to ameliorate the situation or work with me as a customer who may come back for future services. I was appalled by his nasty and downright rude demeanor and would never return to this hole in the ground to be massaged by amateurs who look like they are stoned and give any business to a nasty owner who has no business sense or manners whatsoever.

My masseuse didn't speak English, & we worked it out with sign language. I've lived all over the world - no biggie. She was firm & did a good body massage 4/5. Somewhere into the 50min mark - the noise started. The phone was ringing, massage staff are yelling to each other, no one was at the desk so the phone would ring longer than needed. This definitely ruined the vibe. Then when I go to pay $85 for my 90 min combo & respond to the sign to pay tips in cash. I gave more than 10%, and the owner/manager says that's too little. And you made it 50% worse by opening up your mouth to complain about the amount that was given, esp. after knowing the noise you allowed customers to enespecially. For the last 30 mins. Provide better customer service, and maybe you'll get better tips. I've seen you have a bad reputation of serving Black customers. You ruined what was a decent massage experience!!!
