I cannot begin to list my aggravations with this dealership. What should have been a happy transaction (buying a newer vehicle should always be a pleasant experience), has been anything BUT!! I'm convinced the vehicle was purchased from an auto auction as a repo (they conveniently keep the CarFax report we asked them for) finding a laundry list of little cosmetic problems from a poorly taped on trim piece to a rubber trim piece under the hood that was poorly glued on and is not falling off. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles in our 46 years of marriage, and this was by far the WORST experience because they will not bend one bit or go the distance to back up their sales! Buying the vehicle is on us. Sadly, I cannot in good faith recommend Dan Pffifer Used Cars in Byron Center! I do not like giving negative reviews, but I do give honest reviews. Enough said!
