They let you test drive the vehicle to ensure you like it and it works with your family size, car seats, husband and gear. We took the vehicle to a local mechanic to have it checked out and after a thorough review it was deemed in very good shape. You should always know what your buying. We made an offer and picked up the van the next day. The whole process took 3 (and we didn't miss one game, practice or meeting) days from picking up the vehicle to try to parking it in my driveway. Thank you Mark and Gun Lake Motors.

Mark walked us through the process of getting the car checked and repaired at their expense. Even though the battery and alternator tested good, Gun Lake Motors replaced both. The car is perfect and you can be sure that if there is a problem, they will stand by their warranty and fix it.

I wanted to make sure it was still available before we drove from out of town. Called multiple times and no one answered. Got there and was told it had sold. They knew I was interested in this car, knew I was coming this week and had previously set up a pre purchase inspection but had to cancel it because the car wouldn't start on their lot. And now they aren't answering phones during their work hours wasted my time and have nothing to say for it. I'm livid. My own car broke down on the way home driving back from Holland. My entire weekend ruined and could have been avoided by you answering your freaking phone.

When I pulled off the lot after purchasing the car, the check engine light turned on. Texted my salesman and he said to turn around and they would get it looked at. I couldn't because I was in need to drive it home that evening. Week later there was the tire pressure monitor system on, check engine light, all tail lights went out and needed to be replaced and I was putting air in a tire almost every other day. Txted my sales guy again and he said it was unfortunate that this happens sometimes after getting the vehicle off the lot. After he apologized that it should have been taken care of before I had possession of the car; asked for it to be brought back and they would get the items we talked about fixed. They determined that it would be on them and taken care of and they did a good job with the entire process. Overall happy with my good used vehicle and appreciate the help Andrew gave me.
