I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. If you book over the phone, the vendor must inform you about the cancellation policy over the phone. My credit card company is cancelling the charge, so I'll be made whole.
