You can trust them...you won't be stranded. There is a scarcity of affordable shuttles in the area and Uber/Lyft do not work too well. I got quotes from other people and this was the most affordable option we could find (shocking, yes). FYI their website says they charge $4 per mile if you are doing a ride from Summit County to outside of it. Keep in mind that this trip is calculate not from the origin point...but from THEIR origin point in Breckenridge, CO. This is very different from how taxis typically work... A trip from our starting point to Loveland Ski Area (a 13 mile one way ride). This route was separately quoted from two different members of his team. One person quoted $120 each way ($240 RT), the other person quoted $80 each way ($160 RT). Thankfully they were able to honor the cheaper route they quoted. That being said, we had a great time using this shuttle and it is very reliable. This is a great option if you are afraid of driving (some routes are pretty dangerous especially in snowy/windy conditions).

I booked with them only a week and a half before our event because our original transport service had to cancel and Eric's prompt responses and help were so appreciated. The price was significantly cheaper than other competitors too! The 15-passenger van was perfect for our bachelorette party going from Silverthorne to Steamboat Springs - it van itself was incredibly clean and had GREAT tunes!!! Eric arrived on time, helped us load all of our bachelorette party decorations and games into the van, and made sure we were comfortable, well fed, and had enough beverages. We invited Eric to the rodeo with us, since he was such a wonderful and easy person to be with. Again, he made sure we were all safe and happy the whole night. Eric accommodated our post-rodeo bar hopping with ease and truly went out of his way to make sure we didn't have a care in the world. Eric is a true rockstar!! I will absolutely book BML again, only requesting Eric, and have already told my friends and family to reach out to them for future events in the mountains!! 100/10 recommend!!! (And ask for Eric as your driver!!)

Craig even gave me a list of suggestions (where to dine, popular dishes etc) This was very helpful!! Erik picked us to a few days later and took us to a snowmobile activity. Erik also arrived on time. Actually he arrived EARLY when he brought us back to our hotel bc he didn't want us to wait in the cold. Thanks Erik!!! On our final day, Christopher took us back to Denver Intl airport. We also enjoyed our comfortable ride with Chris. My daughter gets car sick easily but we had no issues with GRT's vehicles and drivers. Overall GRT made our first visit a very smooth and memorable one. Absolutely no complaints!! We would definitely hire GRT again (two thumbs up!!)

We had a blast going around to different favorite spots and not worrying about a thing. After we were dropped off and home, the boss texted our group chat, "Best. Night. EVER!" Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. We joked that young, high school prom kids would fit no problem... but a bunch of us older and fluffier people not so much :)

At 5:59pm I was instructed by text to meet the driver at a specific pickup location. I arrived there shortly afterward, but the driver was not present. I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.
