They were running a paid search ad and displayed a rate for $68 -- that's practically half the price of other car services I had called! I thought it was too good to be true...but it really was true! They arrived 15 minutes early and texted me to let me know they had arrived (I specified that I would like a text). The compact SUV was new and clean and there was cool water and salty snacks waiting for me. The driver Joe was really nice and friendly. We got to the airport in about 45 minutes as expected. The whole experience was very Jet Blue / Virgin America -esque...young, hip, unpretentious and fun-loving. Even their website is simple and sleek. It was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

At 5:59pm I was instructed by text to meet the driver at a specific pickup location. I arrived there shortly afterward, but the driver was not present. I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.

I need not have worried because Greenride far supersedes all shuttle services I use nationwide. The drivers are always clear, stone cold sober ( sorry in big cities I sometimes get a whiff of booze from driver) which makes me not want to get in shuttle. Here in Longmont the Green Ride drivers and clear, coherent, friendly and great energy and attitude. They always offer you a water bottle and are tuned in. Punctual. Clean Vans! Very service oriented they always help me with my bags. I'm fond of all the drivers but my favorite is Laura. She always goes the extra mile to ensure all is well. Also, I am deaf which can make it difficult to communicate clearly, these wonderful drivers and especially Laura are always patient and clear doing whatever necessary to make sure I understand what's going on.
