I had one item, wanted to pay cash, but could not use the self-scan because they have only accepted credit cards for months. Waited for a long time for someone to come to customer service to check me out. When I Ieft all the self scans were blinking with customers not able to check out...it did not appear as though the blinking was related to alcohol purchases. Sr management / new owners need to get the equipment fixed. I have had the same experience at D & W in Holland as well.
