Another great experience. This time we brought Mom for lunch. This is her favorite place to go when we visit. This place was busy at lunch. Lots working folks coming in for a great hot meal. The salad bar items were super fresh with a great crunch. The ranch dressing was tasty. I tried several of their chicken dishes and all were hot and flavorful. I had a great egg roll and some of the crab rangoons. Those are my favorite. There is such a wide variety, there is something for everyone.

It's your standard buffet but the food is above what you might expect which is probably mediocre. Everything I tried was tasty except for 2 things I didn't personally like, and the warm food was warm. Everything was stocked promptly even though it was busy. Also shout out to the staff who was cashing people out, giving a kid a sucker when he was having a hard time leaving. How nice!

This place is an awesome, eclectic, and personable spot with incredible food as well as service…read more The BIzzy Grizzys or whatever they called them were one of my favorite appetizers ever, and I don't typically like things like that. At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

I dined at TOG today for a business lunch and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing…read more At the end of our meal, I asked for a to-go box because I had barely touched my food. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.

I saw a lot of good reviews for it and needed to try it for myself. I would definitely order it again and maybe even try the other flavor, seafood. I ordered the hot stone bibimbap with chicken. I know that beef is traditionally the protein on top. But I loved that they gave chicken as an option. It was delicious. The hot stone dish did its job and made the rice a little crispy. Overall, this was a very good dish. I have had this dish many times and at many different places - this one ranks up there with some of the best. The variety of banchan that came with it made the meal even better. Everything was fresh and flavorful. For dessert, I had to try the fish shaped ice cream with red bean paste. It was definitely something I would eat again. The outside of dessert tasted like an ice cream cone. Inside tasted like a jam with vanilla ice cream. Just what I needed for such a hot day. I would highly recommend this Korean restaurant! There is plenty of parking. There is not a ton of seating inside but it was not too busy when we came.

Overall, I am glad Haludam exists and I'm happy to support this restaurant!…read more It's conveniently located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The interior is small but very clean and quaint and well decorated. Nice bathrooms. Females side had a changing table and thoughtful feminine products. The service here was lacking. There was one male and two females. The male was super friendly and nice. One female was super sweet but hard to hear. The other female seemed to be in a bad mood, I think. With that said, everyone was working really hard and extremely busy. A bit too busy. Even for a small establishment, it was hard to get a wait staffs attention to get seated, order food, get the food itself, get our bills, or get take out containers. Our waters sat empty and were never refilled. We had to essentially call for one of the females and drag them away from a task in order to...order our food, or get our bill, for example. The place was indeed busy on a Saturday night and there were some large parties. And they were definitely hustling. I just recommend patience and not being in a rush here. The food was good! Slightly overpriced but we were happy with the quality. We got a seafood pancake, spicy pork, bulgogi, hot stone bibimbop, and a beef rib soup. The banchans were unique and tasted fresh. Overall we would come back again and think it's worth it and happy to support. Just don't be in a rush when you come and it'll be fine.
