I noticed staff continually checking the many serving tables and bringing out what was needed. Imagine a comprehensive Chinese restaurant menu plus add sushi and desserts. We pretty much gorged ourselves especially me as I wanted to really get a good sampling. No room for desert but that's OK! My wife and I loved everything and decided we CAN start going back to Chinese buffets because this one is pretty good! Services were quick to clear used plates and bring refills.
