So, this year we used the credit, thinking we would order things that they couldn't screw up. Linens- perfect condition. 8' Tall white drape- it was only 7' tall. Unusable. White Classic Bars- acceptable. Rope and Stanchion- the silver stanchion were at least three different styles and they were ALL dented! Most beyond usability. Of the 8 stanchion we found four that matched. Still dented and ugly. If I could ask one question to the owner of CPR it would be, "How do you sleep at night?" Events are import and, and stressful. If you use CPR get ready for a huge disappointment and lots of stress!! Now we can officially say, NEVER AGAIN. WARNING: I've noticed that they have somehow removed MANY one-star reviews. This left us with not enough seating or table surfaces for our guests and us having to excuse ourselves to meet the delivery drivers and tell them where to set-up. In hindsight we should have refused the delivery given how late it was as there was no point to the rental now. The pickup was scheduled for 11:00am the following day and the crew arrived an hour early at 10:00am when really it should have been adjusted to 1:00pm given the delivery delay, since the rental is for a full 24 hours. The quality of the wooden banquet and bistro tables is horrendous - the edges are so disintegrated and rough with splinters protruding out that we cut our fingers and the rest of the top is so worn and ugly that it's pointless without a good quality cover on top. And on top of that all, the black folding chairs and Connect Four game were delivered dirty.

When we notified Party Life management (Chelsea) of the below pictures of poor quality and dirty equipment, she let us know that if we wanted "clean" equipment we should have bought it new rather than go through their rental. One of the most unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful business we have ever dealt with. Never got an apology and manager was defensive and rude when issues were brought to their attention. If you need any party rentals, go through a better venue like Premier Denver Event Rentals instead. AVOID!
