In the room, there's more free luggage tags if you want them. There's chocolate in the room that were made on site. They have these adorable reusable water bottles. The scents to the toiletry products in the bathrooms were very pleasing. Everywhere we went people knew our name. Last night we ordered room service and I got the leek soup. I loved it. Cons: the price! On top of that, they add a service charge to nearly everything. We were feeling too tired and we canceled our restaurant reservations. Headroom service instead, and my husband did not like his burger. It was undercooked and underseasoned.
