The ambiance is inviting and emotes an "Italian vineyard"-like vibe. One can easily get swept away by the gorgeous decor! We missed the live music that accompanied our first brunch. Our first night there we chose to eat at Panda Express and the cashiers told us that we couldn't charge it back to the room. I called the front desk to ask what restaurants we could use this credit for and she said all on premises. I let her know that Panda Express did not honor this and we had to pay it out of pocket. She said that her manager was going to go down and speak with this about this. I never heard anything back regarding a resolution. The Winstar Spa was amazing and by far the best thing about this casino resort. The staff was professional and the amenities were the best. We don't care much for smoking casinos, but we made the most of it. We frequent Choctaw (Durant) more often since the Sky Tower is a non smoking casino. I did not like the size of the pool for the guests and think that guests should be able to use the other pool for free or at least a lower rate.
