This place doesn't grow or use any local grapes. We went on a Saturday...which means the business should be prepared for one of their busiest days. Instead, our young waitress was "in your face" short with us, our service was mediocre and the establishment seemed ill prepared for a crowd. The savory cheese board was ok. However, I had have outstanding cheese/charcuterie boards at nearby wineries for less cost and far better quality. We were there in the afternoon and the very limited parking area was already full. The inside winery area is cramped and small. The outside area is spacious...but, lacks the outdoor fans that we see at many other Texas winery patios. We never leave a winery without a bottle to go...here, we were happy to pay our bill and move onto the next nearby winery without our typical delicious bottle to go.

Our wives loved the Moscato called Sweet Freedom -- it was a big hit. The husbands did the premium tasting, and honestly, every wine we tried was excellent. My personal favorites were the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Tempetite -- both were really good. We also shared the triple dip appetizer, and it was delicious. The artichoke dip was our favorite! The servers were awesome -- Debra was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

Since we were there for brunch, there is a "limited" menu....but, all of the brunch menu is delicious! The chef even came out to check on us and it was easy to give her praise! The ambiance is inviting and emotes an "Italian vineyard"-like vibe. One can easily get swept away by the gorgeous decor! We missed the live music that accompanied our first brunch. However, the place filled up fast because it was bingo night. It got so packed with bingo players that service basically disappeared. Our server never came back, and we eventually had to go up to the bar just to get our final tasting. They were definitely understaffed. If you're planning to visit, I'd definitely avoid going on a bingo night unless you like a really crowded atmosphere and bingo. The wine was good, but with it being about an hour and a half drive for us, it's probably not somewhere we'll make the trip back to.
