He makes sure that the customers are well taken care of by the wait staff( who are all friendly and knowledgeable as well as hard working). The decor is attractive and spotlessly maintained. The kitchen staff gets the food out very promptly and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were all cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everything was so good that I drove through a flooding deluge of rain and lightning to eat there the next morning! Chris remembered me(after only one visit) and greeted me by name! However what was served was far from that. The skillets were more like a scramble. The creamer container was filthy where the server ended up taking the container from the table. I would not be as angry if I had been given a choice but I was not offered one and was deceived into believing I was receiving Cold Brew when I got iced coffee. YUCK! Shame on you! There is a big difference between Cold Brew and Iced Coffee. I have been dragging all day but Cold Brew would have offered me the pick me up that I ordered. I still have about 1/3 of my drink left because there is no sense in drinking it. It won't do the trick and I am really, really mad that I was lied to.
