Terrible pizza. Always has been. I haven't had this pizza in at least 20 years. I tried it twice many years ago and thought it tasted liked cardboard. Now I think it tastes like cardboard that's been previously frozen. The order taker was fine but just said "We'll get your pizza out to you as soon as we can." No time frame given at all. Husband called on 10/1/24 at 9:27pm and asked how long they were taking orders. He was told 10pm by a woman. Then he called back after getting orders together at 9:40 two times & line busy. Called at 9:41 & another woman answered & said they were already closed & had turned off their open sign. He asked tben why was he told when he called the 1st time tbey were still taking orders 13 mins earlier up until 10pm. She told him she didn't know who he talked to as they were closed. Their website says 10pm closing. If they are going to stop taking orders long before 10pm then all the employees answering the phone need to be aware of their policies and give out the correct information when customers call in. We are long time customers and truly a shame as we try to support local. Husband wasted time/mileage traveling to the location. Thankfully he was finally able to get thru before he reached the location & seeing a closed sign before their posted hours. I looked up the hours prior to posting this review. Hope they give their employees the proper information to convey going forward. read more

Loved the quaint little pizza shop on a main road with on street parking just 10 feet from the front door. The food was awesome. I had the pizza and a Philly cheesesteak. I was taking one or the other home to my husband but I have to tell you I took a bite of his pizza and probably had the rest of it gone by the time I got home. Thank God it was a 1 Hour Drive. I guess skiing for 6 hours that day had made me super hungry. And I went on a diet the next day. Ha ha Ha. Seriously though the prices you can't beat. I think it was like 12 or $13 for those two items and a drink. I was like wow I feel like I'm back in the 80s. I'll be back just for the ambience And the hot delicious food. Whenever I am home we have to order Gramma's Pizza! I recently tried their mushroom hoagie and holy moly it was insane delish! A traditional steak hoagie but with mushroom gravy on a garlic butter soaked and toasted bun. It was absolutely inedible and a nice change of pace from the regular hoagie. I still prefer the pizza, but if hoagies are your thing you def have to try! Also they were running a special of 2 large pizzas for $15 tonight. Whatt?? That is insane cheap we loaded up the toppings and our total was only $20. Boy do I miss these days. Delicious! read more

I eat at this location every couple of months. Their wings are delicious, crunchy and filling. The pizza is really good as well. I have noticed that they are very unorganized compared to most pizza restraunts. There is always a scramble to try and find my food. It's also easy to notice the confusion in the kitchen every time I go in. Lastly, I think that it could be cleaner inside, the workers seem to be sweating profusely every time I go in. To sum it up, image seems to be a problem here but the food isn't bad. read more

DON'T EAT HERE, lemme tell ya why- So last night my family and i wanted to eat at gramma's pizza. we got a cheese pizza, 2 steak hogeys and 3 things of fries. Please keep in mind i never get sick from food, i can eat just about everything- so can my father. i wake up at 2:30am, and puked up all my pizza. i spent the whole night in the bathroom, so did my parents. I Have been sick all day long, we cant even hold water down seriously. We called grammas and talked to a manager and she basically told us we are wrong and there is no way it was from that. must have been what we ate earlier in the day. There's two pizza places in Bethel...Grammas and Domino's. And if you like pizza that tastes like cardboard, call Domino's. If you want pizza better than Domino's but drips with grease, call up Grammas! A hometown favorite, but definitely not as good as Larosas or Donatos. NEVER going to Grammas Pizza in bethel ever again. Dad had a small fender bender with the driver. Their driver got in my dad's face and threatened to beat him up. My father is a SIXTY-FIVE year old man with a heart condition. The way they trated my father is DEPLORABLE. Accidents happen, no need to threaten to assault someone. Place lacks professionalism. Ordered a hoagie & fries. For $10 I was delivered yesterday's fries and a cold nasty hoagie. Never again...garbage! Waste of money

I decided try something new and not go with the competitor Dominoes. Mistake. I ordered a shrimp dinner. It was possibly the worst meal I have ever eaten. To start with it is middle of the day on a Thursday ( not a busy time) . It took 62 mins to be delivered. My salad was Brown they staple the box shut which one fell in salad I bit into it. Doesn't feel well. The cole slaw was in same box as dinnt, which made it hot. The so called garlic bread, which had no garlic was terribly soggy with butter. The fries were cold and limp. First of all, it drives me NUTS when people spell it Gramma's Pizza. It's not Gramma's Pizza, it's Grammas Pizza, named after the Grammas family. Sorry, small soapbox rant :) Anyways, I absolutely love this pizza, but I cannot promise everyone will. A large part of what makes this pizza awesome to me is the nostalgia factor. It's what I grew up on, and we used to have it at our house for slumber parties, etc. The crust is chewy, the cheese is thick, and the pepperoni is good and salty. I can't say a lot for the other menu items, because I pretty much stick to my favorite pie here. Although I did hear of a friend who had a "moment" after trying their calzones, so I'm sure they are worth a shot as well. Delish! read more

Hit this place at lunch during baseball tournament in Hamersville, saw good reviews on Yelp. The reviewers got it right, this place is darn good. We had buffalo wings to start with, then pepperoni & sausage pizza. Wings were very good, nice and crispy, hard to stop eating them. Got the hand-tossed crust on pizza and it too was yummy. Dough nice and chewy, plenty of cheese. I disagree with other reviewers, wasn't greasy to me, but I would have liked sausage and pepperoni on top of cheese. Perhaps you can request that? Pizza is very filling. My 13 year old son and I split 10 wings and 12 inch pizza and couldn't finish it. Service was friendly too. Would go back for sure. read more

very poor customer service. Ordered 50 wings on a Saturday night at 7:24. I was told they would have it to us "as soon as they could". No food at 8:30. I call and they say the driver "just left." By 9:00 still no food. call again and speak to a manger. I was told sorry. they only had 3 drivers and were very busy. I told them if I had known it would take almost 2 hours for my food I would have driven the 10 minutes to the restaurant and picked it up myself. at no point was I told it would be extended time. At no point was I offered anything to make up for their poor service. I even asked for some kind of comp and was told "we dont do that here". When my wings finally arrived they were not kept in a hot bag of any kind and were barely warm. I do not encourage anyone to order here. Very poor customer service. read more

Their mushroom hoagie is great, the coleslaw is not by any measure...sadly, their service is worse. The past two of the three times I had ordered the mushroom hoagie platter, they did not bring the side dish. The first two times I ordered the platter with coleslaw, yesterday I ordered the salad instead. Neither time did I receive the coleslaw or the salad. Calling the store provided nothing constructive so I can choose to take my business elsewhere or accept the fact that I will not receive everything that I have paid for. read more

The night shift crew doesn't like to work or like their jobs!! They are very rude wait an hour after you pay for your food and it is made to tell you they refuse to deliver it to you like you pay for but will to anyone else in your area. Not counting SUSAN this night manager thinks she is her own boss and has to answer to noone which was said. Then the delivery driver thinks it's ok to make you show up and wait on him when you are given a time and when you still have 2 mins left of that time he feels the need to call me cussing me telling me if I wasn't there at a certain time he was taking my food and I WAS NOT I repeat WAS NOT getting my hard earned money back. Two employees need to look for new jobs because you surely don't need one if you can't do your job and show your customers that pay your checks some respect. You do have a boss Susan I have their number and I will be calling them tomorrow not you again or your friend at work to act like your boss so you can do this to other paying customers so rude learn some manners and go watch your customer respect videos again read more
