I called several times and promised a call back every time. Only once did they ever call me back and they have no idea when the order will be ready. As it is a "special order" I cannot cancel it even if it takes years foe the order to arrive. After 3 months one should be able to cancel. IT IS MY OPINION THAT NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THEM UNLESS IT IS IN STOCK BUT AS FOR ME ILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

But the color of what I got compared to the sample was no where close. I sent pictures in and this is the response - pay close attention to the 2nd paragraph because NO, THE COLOR OF THE SAMPLE CANNOT APPEAR DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF THE SIZE. These panels are CLEARLY not the color of the sample and the project they are for they NEED TO BE THE SAMPLE COLOR. After reviewing your photo, the variation you are seeing is related to the nature of our Artisan finishes. Our Artisan finishes are hand applied and hand polished, which means each production run can have slight tonal variations. In addition, the larger embossed panels reflect light differently than the smaller flat sample piece. Lighting angles, shadows, and the depth of the pattern can make the full panels appear lighter or darker depending on the environment. The sample tile in the center of your photo is also much smaller than the full 2' x 2' panels, so the finish can appear more concentrated and darker on the sample than on a larger surface area. Per our policies, Artisan finishes are made to order and are nonreturnable. Because we manufacture each order specifically for the customer, we do not have the ability to restock or store finished products, so I am unable to issue a refund for the order.
