Went shopping here during the holidays! Lots of high end shoes and apparel from many of the major brands. Nike, Adidas, Supreme etc. They also carry Funko Pops, Hikari, Bimtoy Tiny Ghost, Kaws, Bape and other Designer Vinyls. We were surprised to see the variety of selections they had for collectors of all kinds. There are a couple of Key Master games also located in and around the store where you can try your luck or skill at winning some shoes or pops. The shop is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you don't see something you're looking for, just ask, if they don't have it in storage they have a good idea of where you can find it. If you cant make it to their store when the grails drop, they have all their items on their website for sale also. You can even buy online and pickup in store at your convenience, perfect for "copping that heat" before they sell out! They carry a few GrailStorm branded items that are very reasonably priced, shirts, socks and other items that make great gifts. I've done business before with grailstorm but this time is the last time for me. Came in around 6pm with some shoes to trade or get cash and one person in front checked them with the light and took out the insole started inspecting everything about the shoe and the box I get that. A second guy comes out and shows the other guy then the first guy goes to the back for 5 mins comes back and says he passes on my shoes. I ask what did you see off about the shoes. He says he doesn't feel comfortable taking them says I should go to coveted I said I got them from coveted he stayed quiet and said nothing just blank stares from both. I left disappointed. Good prices for a store. Not so great employees. I received store credit for a pair of shoes that I brought in. Then, with that store credit I got a pair of court purple dunks size 11 (pictured below) and received a mismatched size pair of shoes. When going to get the shoes authenticated before selling, this was discovered. Left pair is a size 9.5 and right pair is a size 11. Store was very unwilling to work with me and did not contact me back after calling multiple times. The store clearly did not thoroughly check the shoes as both of the shoes were labeled a size 11 on the sticker within the sole, but if you actually check the shoe the size tag that is within the shoe confirmed that one shoe is NOT a size 11, and was a 9.5. (Pictured down below) Ive consigned tons of items with this business but will never return, and will continue to tell others about this bad business! I'm going to be honest if you wanna sell shoes, just sell them on StockX or GOAT. Can't speak for the consignment, but the offers are ridiculously under. Brought in 4 pairs of shoes. 3 pairs of dead stock Yeezys and a pair of limited Marvel ultra boost. Looked at the Marvel shoes and didn't even acknowledge them and say they weren't interested. Just slid them to the side. Offered me $550 on three pairs of Yeezys size 11. I took a look on StockX to price them out and the three pairs with Just shy of $975 I would have been cool with $800 maybe even $750 but for 3 pairs I know you'll all mark above 350 is wild. Looked on goat just to see what they'd offer and it's $840 after they take their cut. Don't get taken advantage of. I know they gotta make money but that's almost 50% profit in them. read more

I've shopped with and sold to Grail Storm for the last year or two and have always received so-so service but this visit tops the cake . There's a young (maybe 20) year old , professionally challenged female that works in the front (Asian maybe ? Braces with an awful attitude) she has NO business representing a business/brand OR working with customers . She has very limited social knowledge and is not well versed when it comes to shoppers of status. I placed an order online, come to the store to pickup . When using certain credit card companies, the card number will be disguised for privacy (scammers , etc) . I present the confirmation email and my ID . The uneducated cashier says I cannot pick my order up because the card does not match and therefore must cancel my order . This isn't my problem , my problem is when she calls the owner to make him aware, she explains as if I used a prepaid card (this is clearly not the case) . After correcting her several times , I cancel the order and pay for the shoes AGAIN while present . Her attitude is nasty, she is incompetent and I would discourage anyone in Las Vegas , local or visiting , from patronizing this business . I have avoided her in all my previous visits but unfortunately , she was the only one available to assist , which she was incapable of . Also, the shoes I purchased do not have the paper inside to cover and separate the shoes from one another . Very tacky and very VERY unimpressive . Please hire people who WANT to work , who are knowledgeable in the product and who are capable of operating above a third grade level without assistance . Poor customer Service and rude! 5 people sitting around register and on glass counter top of register, shooting the breeze doing nothing. I asked to see an item in glass case, sales rep says Ok. And they all continued to talk and paid no mind. So i asked again, and all had an attitude, they actually were waiting for another attendant who was already busy to get the keys from them to open up the case. Why couldn't one of them walk 10 feet to help us , I don't know but still scratching my head on this one. If it's about sales, longevity of a business and customer relations then provide the service you are hired to do! Talking about waste of money on people not doing their jobs! With all those workers, no one even came up to us when we walked in to see if We needed help or had any questions. After my husband had gone to speak with the associates to try and fix the mistake. The manager had the audacity to call and tell me that I need to speak with my husband on how he speaks to people. I didn't realize that their mistake included a scolding from the manager. The fact she was blowing up my phone with repeated calls to give me this message. The proposed exchange had me loose money, which is not my fault and unfair. The exchange was for the same shoe which was purchased the night prior, less than 24hrs ago. Which were never woren. These guys do have a great selection of hype but i do not recommend consigning through these folks. I called and asked if they would be interested in a waist bag i have and the guy i talked to said "yeah bring it in!" With zero hesitation. I then drive all the way there, just to be told they aren't buying bags.. I tell him i called and talked to someone and showed the phone number and call i was just on 20 minutes prior and it was the same exact number he had on the phone that was in his pocket that he claims is the store phone. I was basically told that an associate answered and they Aren't involved with the consignment side of the store. Makes no sense to me why an associate would be comfortable saying yes without proper authorization. Seems to be carelessness. Ive always had good experiences here but this last time had me really worked up. Just the blatant disrespect to my time makes me not want to come back. Maybe this is just a bad rotation of associates but the last time i went in a few months ago it was a great experience.
