My garage door went wonky, had to replace its opener. This family-owned (which I prefer to support when I can) company responded promptly and provided a detailed analysis of the issue at a competitive price. Their advice on direction to go on openers was sound and sincere. Very considerate brother team who, seemingly, plays well together ;). Thanks guys. Note: they guarantee work for 90 days & today is day 90. So far so good! read more

Very happy with their service and price. Took care of us and was very responsive and respectful. I would recommend them. read more

Graham Garage Doors - Garage Door Services Near Me

My old home was in need of garage door opener replacement. Both springs were broken and door needed lube/grease. They responded promptly to scheduling and were at my house for service within 3 days. 3 hours they were finished and my garage door works excellent. Grew up with 2 entrepreneur parents. I work for a mom and pop buisness and appreciate good, honest work. Price was also very fair. I would recommend Graham to any of my friends or family. read more

Dealing with Graham Garage Doors has been an absolute pain. What should have been a straightforward keypad installation turned into a four-month saga of ghosting, missed appointments, broken promises, and complete lack of accountability. We had our doors installed in early January and requested keypads at that time. The technician said he'd return the next day to install them--he didn't. That was just the beginning. Fast forward to late April and not only have the keypads still not been installed, but we were stood up again without notice. No explanation. No heads up. Their communication is erratic at best, and dismissive at worst. When pressed for answers, we were told, "We had no keypads,...even when we installed we had none," as if that somehow explains months of ignoring emails and not following through on scheduled appointments. And let's not forget the cherry on top: they only respond when threatened with negative reviews. The excuses--ranging from inventory issues to blaming tariffs--feel like smokescreens for mismanagement and a total lack of customer care. If they didn't have the product, why schedule the installation? Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration. This is not a reliable or professional business. read more

I had this company over to my home over a month ago and I'm so grateful that I selected this company. I don't recall the brothers name but he was over and was very professional and kind. He explained everything he could do and would like to do before discussing options with me. My garage door was pausing and closing and he immediately knew the fix. After he ensured my garage was in good working order before leaving. As a woman you always get worried about a company or guy trying to upsell or get you in a contact that might make the cost higher ha. But I didn't feel that way. This was just a good person doing good work. I would highly recommend this business and their staff. By the looks of it I won't need them anytime soon because my garage is working so well again! WHICH IS A GOOD THING HA! read more

They came to fix my garage door through my home warranty but we started having issues again in a week, so I called them to come back and assist with the issue but they denied responsibility for it. When I called them to come and check again as they didn't return the calls, Mr. Dylan said they did everything they could, and they did it out of generosity even though they collected the money. Please stay away as they try to push you as much as possible to make the most money out of you and their follow up and service is very poor. read more

When a business says that they're going to email you that's what I expect this company said that they would service my garage on a Saturday and would email me. They did not email me or call. I called them on Monday and they said they did not service San Francisco . He had to know they didn't service San Francisco when he said someone would come out on Saturday. read more

Graham Garage doors were assigned as my installer through Lowe's. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had! The experienced technician who just so happened to be one of the owners took his time to complete the install in a professional and timely manner! After completion he took his time out to explain everything before I could even ask a question! Highly recommend this local business! read more

My garage door wouldn't open at all. It needed so much work. The motor worked but all the rest of it didn't. I found Graham garage doors and they came out as promised and fix it entirely the same day. I'm confident it'll continue to open and close thanks to Graham Garage Doors. read more

I used Graham Garage in 2024 and had a great experience with them, but recently called to have them return and service a garage door opener that they had previously fixed. They set up a date and time, and two days prior, called to reschedule for a couple days later. No problem. Until they simply did not show up. No call or text in advance. Then I spent the next two weeks trying to set up another date and time and was told repeatedly that Holden would call me back. He didn't. No calls, no texts, no voicemails - nothing. Finally, the poor receptionist had to call me and tell me they didn't have the staff and would not come at all. Holden didn't have the guts or decency to call me himself. RUDE. And what a waste of time! Couldn't they have told me this day one and spared us both the brain damage? Apparently not. The passive-aggressive uncommunicative and unprofessional treatment of a prior client suggests to me this company is in over its head. I would not recommend them at all. read more

Graham Brothers came out and performed garage door repair and maintenance for us. The wheels were grinding metal on metal in the track - deafening noise. Blaine was an absolute professional - communicated his expected arrival time, explained what was wrong with our garage door and what he would do to repair it. He worked quickly and surprisingly, the garage smells like vanilla now from the nose-friendly products he used. We will be asking him to come back as soon as possible to perform the further recommended services to keep our 30+ year old garage door system working and to save ourselves money in the future having to replace it due to poor maintenance. Excellent prices, flexible scheduling, professional and friendly. read more

Fast same day service. Knowledgeable friendly. Responsive! Helped us out twice when our cars were stuck in the garage. Highly recommend!!

I researched companies local to me here on Yelp when one of my garage door cables broke. Yelp put my need for repair out to a number of local companies. Not only did Graham reply to the request quickly but with the most professional response. Their review scores do not do them justice. Blaine came out to my home today to get the repair done. It only did he communicate he was on his way but provided an accurate ETA. The work was performed quickly and it is obvious these guys are pro's. Do not hesitate to give these guys your business. I have definitely found my go to garage door repair company! read more

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I don't want others to deal with the stress and hassle we did. I got connected with them through my home warranty company (Choice - I would recommend avoiding them as well) because my garage door was having trouble closing. They informed us that the repair required was not covered by our home warranty so we said we would pay out of pocket because we wanted it fixed. Graham charged us over $400 to fix the issue but we were happy to pay it because we needed this resolved. A month later we were still having the same issue, but I was busy with my wedding planning and only followed up with Graham several months later. They came back and said that there was an additional repair that needed to be done, and they had submitted the claim to the home warranty company, but the home warranty company never approved it, so Graham never came back to do the work. Why didn't Graham mention that there was an additional part needed for repair during the first visit? If we had known during their first visit that there was another part that was required to finish the job and it was not covered by the warranty, we would have just paid out of pocket because we wanted this issue resolved. But we were never even told that there was an additional repair needed when they first came out. We were told to pay $400+ and that the issue should be fixed. They left after my follow up call, never fixed the issue, and the door still doesn't work after paying them directly $400+. On top of that, I called to cancel my Choice home warranty (because they treat their customers terribly), and they told me that I would have to reimburse Choice the $181 that they paid to Graham for the garage door claim if I wanted to cancel my policy. I don't understand how Choice had an approved claim with Graham, but we were told to pay everything out of pocket? So I paid Choice another $181 because I was desperate to get out of my home warranty contract (Choice is so unethical and I wasted so much money on that policy and on home repairs that never got fixed). Basically, we paid over $600 and our garage door still doesn't work. And the lack of effort on Graham's part to resolve this issue after we called them back out was very disappointing. I hope others have a better experience than we did. read more

Holden at Graham Garage Doors was fantastic. He had a quick response time and by far gave me the best quote. He didn't try and oversell me with things I didn't need, but offered his professional opinion on what my best options were. He got my garage door up and running quickly and efficiently. Amazing price for the great quality of work. read more

Fixed garage door springs quickly and easy to pay (no checkbook needed). They also adjusted the stop point which I think has been off since we bought the house. Nice to work with companies that live in the modern ages. They accept credit cards, Apple Pay, etc. will definitely use in the future in any garage door service. read more

awesome service!! installed my garage door opener fast. my previous garage door opener was 11+ years and I have never done any maintenance to it. everything about the old d opener was loud and clunky. Silas was super helpful and made some additional suggestions to help make the opening experience much much quieter. He had all the parts he needed for the suggestions he made & the price was very reasonable which was great!! Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Silas even helped me update the garage openers in both of my cars. I would DEFINITELY recommend Graham Garage Doors to anyone. read more

Our garage door had been out of commission for awhile but after getting a new car with a plug-in feature, it was time to fix it ASAP. I reached out to Graham Garage Doors explaining what was going on and Holden responded right away with a quote and an immediate opening. Blaine came out two days later and replaced our springs. We then discovered that the motor, which had previously not had any issues, was not responding. Blaine informed us that sometimes this happens after non-op and to give it a bit of time and then try again, and call him back to come out and reprogram. Sure enough, it started functioning again later that evening. Blaine came back out the next morning and reprogrammed everything and now we have a beautifully functioning garage door at a reasonable price with outstanding service. Will definitely be reaching out again for any future needs! read more

My garage door cables, springs and motor were original equipment for a home that is 18 years old. Had a great experience with Ron of Graham Garage door. We had a garage door that had not been used in several years, because that garage bay was being used for storage. The company showed up on time. However, Graham compromised by putting one spring into a two door garage and this cost stress on the motor which had to be replaced as well as the correct springs which would be two not one. Zero customer trust ! Technician recommended an approach during Garage door opener repair but followed another during his assessment write up with garage door warranty team. Completely 180 degree turn on his words. I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix it. Graham Garage Doors accepted to fix an issue with our garage door opener. Holden provided a window from 5 - 7 PM and we arranged our schedule according to this time. On the day of the appointment, Holden texted about an hour before the appointment asking if he could come earlier since he was finished with the appointments for the day. I didn't see the text as I was busy in back to back meetings. After my meetings, I responded to Holden but he never showed up at the appointed time nor did he give an indication that the appointment was rescheduled to a future date. Because of his unprofessional and erratic behavior, we had to search for another provider which cost us time and inconvenienced us. I don't often compose reviews unless a company has provided service with expert professionals in their field. It is paramount to work with family owned businesses. Family owned have strong work ethics and take pride in their work. The professional takes the time to explain what the job requires to save you money for the long run. As an extra bonus, if you ask, this expert will take the time to describe the mechanical features. (I, personally, have an inquisitive brain and love the details). Now this expert has created a trust factor that the work is going to be completed correctly and I will return to this company for any other work that I may need. This is what Holden from Graham Garage Door accomplished today. I stand behind this review that whomever needs work done or is in the market for garage supplies or a new garage door, this is your go to business to call. What's important about this review is that I am a female that can't waste my time being given the run around. I read reviews to get a sense of who to call. When I find a company I can trust I want everyone to know about it. We, as neighbors need to look out for each other and this is how I can save you time and provide you with a company you can trust based on my experience. read more

I had an issue with a garage door at one of my rental properties. Apparently one of the main springs broke. It's surprising how heavy a garage door is without the assistance of those springs. So I found Graham Garage door here in Folsom. The owner of the company (nice guy) came out to my place within 90 minutes and had my door repaired within the hour. I was quoted twice the cost of this repair by another company. He also adjusted and lubed the door which really quieted things down. He additionally showed me how I could do this myself going forward, which will save me money down the road. I will definitely recommend this door company going forward. read more
