Called to get an estimate for lawn care. No one even returns a call. No good business practice

This bouquet would make a perfect gift for any occasion, whether it's a romantic gesture, an anniversary celebration, or simply to brighten someone's day. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking to impress with a classic, elegant gift of roses. I was definitely impressed. Have you considered what occasion you might want to celebrate with flowers?

I called at 10am on Monday to send sympathy flowers to a friend whose father had passed the night before. I was promised same-day delivery that afternoon. When they hadn't arrived by Tuesday, I called again and was told they would "definitely" be delivered that day. They did not arrive until Wednesday evening. This wasn't just a delay--it completely missed the moment the flowers were meant for. To make matters worse, I paid $100 for an arrangement that looked like a $30 grocery store bouquet, including basic carnations. Living in Manhattan, I know what $100 should get you, and this was nowhere close. My friend was gracious, but I was honestly embarrassed. It is deeply disappointing to see a business take payment, make clear promises, and deliver so little care in both execution and quality.

We walked around for a while trying to locate assistance but couldn't find anyone available on the floor. Eventually, we had to track down an associate ourselves. When we explained that we needed help, the gentleman said he would get someone to assist us. We waited about 10 minutes, but no one came. At that point, my son went to find someone again. After roughly 20 minutes total, two associates arrived at the same time. While we appreciated that someone finally came to help, the delay was frustrating, especially considering the store wasn't busy. The store clearly has strong product selection and fair value, which is why we shop there. However, attentive and timely customer service is just as important. I hope management works on improving responsiveness and communication so future visits reflect the same quality as their merchandise.
