Devin and his team really impressed me with their professionalism, creativity, and respect for my property. I did not have to chase them as to when they would be showing up as I have with other contractors. His estimate was very detailed and was easy to understand with breakdown and description. His 3D rendering was extremely impressive and really was representative of what he was able to create. Dan was present every single day to get the men set up and to do a check-in with me to make sure I was happy with the process from start to finish. Each day the crew left my property neat, never leaving garbage behind, and were very mindful to never leave my gates open due to me having 2 dogs. As for the work... I was unsure what I wanted exactly but knew I didn't want a cookie cutter yard like most of Long Island. Dan and Devin both worked with me to pick out the perfect colors and showed me how to best utilize the space I have. With landscaping, they were able to give me more privacy and brighten up my entire yard with beautiful perennials. The hot tub area they created with an outdoor television and pergola will definitely be used all year round. The outdoor BBQ and bar area will be the highlight of my outdoor parties! My favorite touch though was the beautiful pool and surrounding stone with an automatic pool cover which means I don't have to worry about my pups accidentally falling in when I'm not outside with them. Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. We were concerned that they had insurance and Andy provided us with an insurance certificate naming us as an additional insured. The crew arrived at 8:30 am and set to work. By 2 the tree was down. They then did an incredible job grinding the stump and sculpting the terrain to level so after the grass grew back in there would be no sign that a tree had been there. The crew worked efficiently and safely. All in all, a job well done, We would use them again. PS, Andy is a hoot!

Perhaps it was their first job with me 4 years ago but I have learned a lot since they came and…read morewent. They did paver walkways and around thee pool at my house. The mistakes and poor workmanship are far tooo many to list here. They didn't even use polymeric sand as they were supposed to for the entire job. They did not lay a concrete foundation for the pavers, drilled holes for the pool ladder in the wrong spot requiring me to buy a new ladder, and there is much much more. My neighbor had recommended them but has now cut ties due to another job they screwed up. NOW, about 4 years later (the problems started at 1 year) I have to hire someone to power wash between my pavers, reset many of them and properly install the polymeric sand as should have been done at first. The pavers are tilting away from the walkway and the whole area that was not properly installed (most of it) needs to be re-done. Unless Corey has learned since doing my job how to do this work professionally, I would stay away from him. When confronted with the workmanship he was hostile to the point where he was intimidating and just stuck with the fact that he underestimated the cost. Now after all this time I have finally gotten the gumption to tell the story as it was. I have photos for proof of how he left the property. So, should you decide to use this firm, learn first about how it's supposed to be done and them watch and make certain they do it correctly.

We lined the larger driveway with a small retaining wall along my neighbors side. Everyone of his guys are cordial and they all seem to work like a well oiled machine. After having other companies to give estimates I'm so happy we decided on pure! Everything came out so perfectly we've already contracted with them for a new built in BBQ and firepit this spring.
