We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Graff's tonight. The owner came around and talked to our table for about 5-7 minutes. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was very good as were the Brussel sprouts. At our table also had wings and an elk burger which were very enjoyable, they are BRAND NEW. So, I'm sure there are more kinks to be worked out! Overall, I would suggest that they add a little more variety to the menu. Maybe some pasta dishes? Or flatbread pizza? Right now, it's just burgers and steaks and chicken. But overall, they are going to be a great addition to Franklin! read more

Starting off we went for LUNCH not dinner so I don't know anything about their dinner atmosphere yet. We enjoyed the lunch atmosphere, it was a lot more peaceful than when it was mulligans. Our server Stephanie did and excellent job, greeting us when we walked in and was very attentive. The Pepper Jack Mac Bites were good. You get quite a few for the price. The burgers were cooked pink as ordered which was nice. The buttery buns and smoky bacon went well with the flavor of the burger. We also enjoyed the consistency and flavor of the fries. The sweet tea was nice and sweet.. I've also met the owner Jesse before and he's a really nice person. I think he has great plans for this restaurant and I like the direction they are going for! He was out in dining area talking to customers and trying to get feedback. Only improvement for me would be the ranch.. Which wasn't terrible but could use some improvement and the payment process.. which is a work in progress I hope.. they had to get the GM to come cash us out.. but I did notice one of the servers had a hand held processor so maybe they don't have enough yet. Took my dad here for fathers day for our first visit. They had some steak specials that were perfect for dad. The waitress was very friendly and my dad enjoyed his steak and beer. Good appetizers and dessert was the perfect ending. Would definitely stop in my next time in town! The chef/owner walked out and conversated with guests and we all enjoyed that and thanked him for a great meal. They also have tv's hanging up to catch a game. Delicious food, friendly staff, nice decor that fits their "theme." Second time here and so far great experiences both times. First time we went we got the a strawberry spinach salad and added chicken ($6 to add chicken for anyones who wondering), very delicious fresh salad & raspberry vinaigrette was super fresh. The grilled chicken breast added was huge, juicy, and had the perfect seasoning. Husband had one of their Monday Bacon burgers, thick & meaty well-seasoned patty, crispy bacon, lovely toasted buttery bun, and side of fries (could've been a little crisperier). Today we got one of their specials, the honey stinging pineapple chicken sandwich, great piece of crispy chicken with such a nice tangy sauce on it & a slice of grilled pineapple that completed it. The regular fries that came with it were super crispy this time and seasoned. Husband had the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, great in all aspects (crispy chicken&great sauce) & added some bacon! We had dessert this time, our waiter accidentally forgot the pecans on the "ooey gooey pecan cake" but either than that it was soooo good. It came out warm with white icing & carmel drizzle. Both times we spent around $42-43 this included two entrees with sides & one regular drink & one beer as well each time. Well my In-laws were camping in north Georgia and Franklin was the half way point for us all. We felt right at home because we are all Floridians. U of FL and Jag memorabilia was abundant and made us feel right at home. Food was served timely, hot and the burgers and shrimp orders were delicious. My first and only experience at Graffs was not so good. However, my AirBnB guests said their experience was excellent. I realize they're new and will revisit. We revisited yesterday. Only complaint I've ever had is they tend to, in my opinion , burn the Brussels sprouts - but they were nice in exchanging it for another side. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. My Big Kahuna burger (with pineapple, lettuce, onion, and a wonderful sauce) was the best burger I've ever had! A cute touch was the Sasquatch branding on the bun. My side order of green beans nicely complemented the burger. My husband had the rainbow trout with fried Brussel sprouts and loaded mashed potatoes. He devoured every morsel before I could steal a taste! Our table shared fried pickles with JUST the right amount of breading and seasoning, and we finished with a hot chocolate lava cake. The server was sweet and very attentive, even though they were busy. We watched several families with young children play the free, old-fashioned arcade games while they waited for their meals. We had lunch there today and were pleasantly surprised by the changes at this restaurant from their opening a short time ago. The service was good and the atmosphere much improved.
