My truck had a…read moresevere burning odor issue, so I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for diagnosis and repair. After having to call them near the end of the day for an update (they didn't reach out), they informed me that my vehicle needed a $3,700 repair. I approved the work and waited nearly a week for completion. Upon pickup, the same burning odor persisted in the cab. I had to return the truck and leave it again. Their response? The first expensive repair wasn't actually the problem, and I needed an additional $1,100 worth of work - with no guarantee this would resolve the issue. Needing my vehicle for work, I reluctantly approved this second repair. When my husband went to pick up the truck after this second round of repairs, it wouldn't even start and had engine warning lights on. Their response was dismissive despite the fact I'd just spent nearly $5,000 and my truck still wasn't operational. Their solution was simply that they 'needed to diagnose the problem some more.' At this point, I've paid thousands for incomplete repairs, lost valuable time without my vehicle, and received poor communication throughout the process. I expect a repair facility to properly diagnose issues before charging for unnecessary repairs and to deliver a working vehicle when promised."

I recently purchased an overpriced vehicle from RightWay with an outrageous interest rate and was…read morelead to believe that it had gone through a vigorous 50 60 70 point or whatever they advertise mechanical inspection and that the vehicle was road worthy and safe to drive. Since the purchase of the vehicle which has been less than 30 days the vehicle has had two catastrophic mechanical failures, one of which put my life, my safety and the safety of other drivers on the road in serious jeopardy. The first malfunction happened only two days after driving the vehicle off of the lot. It was a fuel intake failure which left me stranded at a gas station 15 miles away from my home. After speaking with a salesman that same day I was lead to believe that I would be given a rental vehicle as soon as possible. That was not the case. After a week of being without a vehicle I had given up hope of being taken care of by the dealership that I just made a 20,000 dollar purchase from. I finally got my vehicle back, and after driving it for less than two weeks the second failure which threatened my safety, possibly my life and the safety of others on the road occurred last night. I was traveling at about 50mph down the road when I heard what sounded like a gun shot coming from the rear end of my vehicle, followed by smoke and the inability to control my truck. I luckily was able to pull over to the shoulder of the road to find that the transmission of my vehicle had become completely disconnected from the rear end, and was hanging by a thread from the frame. I called a tow truck and got the vehicle towed to the service center that RightWay uses for their vehicles. After speaking with the service department I was made aware that the department is "overbooked" so now I currently am without a vehicle and have no idea of when I will possibly have my vehicle repaired and ready to drive. I have not contacted RightWay yet because I feel that essentially any efforts to give them a chance to find me a solution to my problems is futile, but I plan on doing so tomorrow and I will also let them know that I am seeking legal counsel regarding the matter at hand. Nobody should ever be mislead and rushed through the purchase of a 20,000 dollar vehicle only to find major problems with it after it is advertised that their vehicles go through a thorough 50-70 point inspection and there are no major issues.

I got a car from this place in October I ask and asked how much my payments were going to be on the…read morecar, and he said hold on I'll tell you in a minute hold on I'll tell you in a minute never told me how much it was just said oh are you going to be able to afford it I thought yes because as a cook u get paid pretty good. The dealer then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't have to make any kind of payment until the end of November which my friend was sitting right next to me when he said that well I thought that was nice because I'll just get a second job anyways to afford it we'll I signed all the paperwork on the computer that is facing them and all I'm signing is a little electronic thing hooked to the computer. Well I took it into another dealership to see if I could trade it in and told him the problem I was having, and he looked at my paperwork and said wow they didn't even bother to fill out the paperwork and told me my first payment was coming up October 31st. I also informed the person that sold me the car that the cruise control doesn't work, and he said oh well get it looked at before you drive it off the lot now I'm experiencing a whole ton of stuff such as a shift to park message on the dash which it did it to me a few weeks ago that it was so bad everything locked up on me and I couldn't do anything another thing is my front pedestrian braking goes off at random times when I'm not even close to anything, under my hood makes a weird sound my break sometimes does not feel like it's attached. I went in to rightway, and they told me to call this claims number, and so I did and this person ended up giving me a number to another rightway which I thought I was calling a dealership to get it fix but ig not I shouldn't have to call around in circles to get my overpriced car fixed. I talked to the regional manager about everything that was happening and wanted these people to just take back this stupid over priced car he said it's a done deal like I was told a week after having it and was lied to about that also... anyways he then asked me why I was signing papers if I didn't know what I was singing which I couldn't see because again was on the computer facing the workers. So long story short he was an asshole to me. My recommendation is to not buy from this place they lie to people and take advantage of them like me, and they scam people. DO NOT EVEN WASTE ANY OF YOUR TIME HERE.

Than tried talking her into buying herself a new car even though that is not what she came there for. Dealer runs typical Bait-and-Switch advertisements. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR SCAMS. The FTC has…read moresome guidelines about what is "bait and switch" advertising and what isn't. Basically, "bait and switch" deals with a disingenuous advertisement. If the seller does not intend to sell you the "bait," and does any of the following in the course of selling other merchandise, then it's probably the "bait and switch": Refuses to take orders for the bait. Fails to meet anticipated demand for the bait without disclosing the bait's limited availability in the ad. Consumer laws consider the bait and switch to be fraudulent because the manufacturer is advertising a product that it does not actually intend to sell at that price and mandate that no advertisement should propose to sell an item that it does not actually intend to distribute at the advertised price. First day of a recent promo, no one responded to my inquiry and by the second day when I did receive a reply (after I had begged 3 different Sales reps via email) all advertised vehicles were unavailable. For days afterward, the dealer's website continued to advertise the special when there was absolutely no chance anyone could take advantage. Very sad and desperate.
