This is a rich think full fat ice cream that features huge chocolate chunks from liquid chocolate added to the mix causing huge chips of chocolate. The all time best is the black raspberry chip, the fruit and chocolate combination is excellent. At every location there is always a line. I'm from California and we don't really have a good local ice cream chain. Baskin Robbins? Ben and Jerry's? Ehhhh... If you want the healthy alternative of frozen yogurt, okay, yeah we have a bunch, but not ice cream. Last time I was in Ohio, I tired Jeni's. I heard so many amazing things and even saw them on TV. It was definitely on my list of places to try. This time around, my coworker and I were told that we HAD to try Graeter's. On our last work day there, our Dublin coworkers took us to Graeter's. I went for the kid size Mocha Chip. After having such a large lunch, the kid size was just right. The kid size was probably a scoop and a half. The Mocha chip; a great blend of creamy milk and coffee with hand broken chocolate chips. The imperfections of the chocolate chips made the ice cream that much more personal. Service: Always friendly (unless you show up 5 minutes till close... but then you're a jerk... I've been that jerk and I don't care b/c I love Graeter's ice cream). Food: There is only one brand of ice cream I like better than Graeter's - Hagen Dasz. But you can't find stores/restaurants for the brand anymore. So, in the interest of rating a solely "ice cream joint," I have to give Greater's a big star here. Ambiance: Looks like an ice cream parlor! Ice cream time in summer is a must in Dublin, with temperatures more than 26ºC in the night is needed this kind of refreshment. This place is busy and has a lot of options to choose. In other hand has ice cream to go. That is a good thing because you can take it to your home. The price is a little more expensive than a gas station ice cream. That is all I can say about the place. The cons; this is a place without diversity in their personal; only white teenager, some costumers Japanese, Indians and Mexicans are treated rude by them. The combination of quality, taste, simple and delicious flavors, and huge chocolate chunks make this place yet-to-be-beaten in my mind and in the very essence of my taste buds. Every time I am in the Ohio area for business, I try to make a trip to Graeter's to get some ice cream. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Chip ice cream. Service here is friendly and they let you sample any flavors you want. The Black Raspberry is their signature flavor, and it's good but not my favorite. read more

This place is pretty busy, but it is very good. It's ice cream, but kind of like a Ghiradeli, in that you go to the counter, order in a line, also like an ice cream version of Subway, then pay. Graeters ice cream is amazing. I have had delivery pints of their ice cream several times now. First I received a gift certificate from a friend for 6 pints of the flavors of my choosing to be delivered to my front door step. After that, I have sent graeters ice cream as a gift myself to several people. My friends are always so surprised and it is such a treat (not to mention the variety of flavors and taste of the ice cream can't be beat). The ice cream comes in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice so that it gets to you nice and cold!! The company will call/email with delivery dates and times (usually as quick as 2 days!). Sometimes I have had trouble with being home when the ice cream is due to arrive and every time I have called their customer service line they are SO helpful. try this ice cream whether you do it as delivery or find it at your local grocery store. read more

O! M! G! The black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream is fabulous! I will be getting it again this year when i am in Ohio.

The ice cream rivalry in Columbus is up there with the football rivalry of OSU vs. Michigan. You're either a Graeter's fan or a Jeni's fan. There is no in between. This analogy is really quite hypocritical of me as a grew up in Columbus and attended UM but whatevs get over it. I grew up off of Lane Avenue, so the Lane Ave Graeter's location was a staple in my summer diet during my formative years. I saw this location lacked reviews and could use some loving. I've also been to this location a couple times so I am not just pulling my review outta my bum. You cannot go wrong in your Graeter's selection. I highly recommend ordering "kiddie" or "junior" scoops - adults are allowed to do this! First off, it's cheaper. Second, they tend to give you a "normal" sized scoop anyways. Third, this way you can order 2 scoops of different flavors without paying over $4 and feeling like a pile of lard. As a kid I was adamant about chocolate chip cookie dough but these days it's all about 1 kiddie scoop of black raspberry chocolate chunk and 1 kiddie scoop of raspberry sorbet on a sugar cone. It's perfection. Come up with your own variation - you won't be disappointed. The only obvious change over the years is the chocolate chunks have decreased in size. Or maybe I grew? read more

Batman is the hero Gotham deserve but not the one we need right now. The city of Gotham is a dark, confusing, and twisted society one with corruption and malice. Gotham needs a knight in shining armor, a hero that could be the face to show the public there is good in the world. What the people of Gotham are lead to believe is that the Bat is the villain, the face of that dark and injustice in Gotham. It is only the faithful Jim Gordon who knows Batman's true sacrifice for the city of Gotham. My experience with this Graeter's location is that from the view point of Commissioner Jim Gordon. This Graeter's hooked me up with a special request. Sure you won't read about it in the papers, channels 4, 6, 10, and 28 won't cover it tonight on the evening news, but the Graeter's locations knows what it did and I know what they did. Like Jim Gordon, I will keep my secret close to my vest. But as I woke up this morning my faith in society was restored.
