Since it was potentially a safety issue, he called me and said he could get someone out same-day to assess the situation. The electrician he sent out was able to get things in a state where we could use appliances without issue, and then scheduled time that Friday to come back out and upgrade our electrical panel to 200 amps. The two electricians who did the work on Friday did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using Crowe Electric for all our electrical needs from here on out.

Months later, I found out the inspection was never completed due to John leaving part of the scope of the job off the initial permit. The wire inspector informed John Hurley to pull a separate permit for the troubleshooting. Simple fix, right? NOPE. Instead, John informed me the only way he'll pull a permit if I paid him for to swap out the breakers he installed with breakers that are to code (remember, I paid him to bring the condo up to code originally... now it's not to code? Weird) When I asked why wasn't the new panel up to code in the first place if he knew it wouldn't pass inspection, he told me to lose his number. Beware. Do not hire.
