I picked my color and was directed to a pedicure chair. I didn't catch the nail techs name, but she asked me if I was having a good day. I said "I was, thank you, how about you." She responded, "Well, I'm at work." And that kind of set the tone for the visit. She seemed unhappy to be there, rushed through my $55 deluxe pedicure. I had to search around for the massage chair remote during the pedicure because she didn't hand it to me or set it up, as I'm accustomed to. Never offered me a drink. There was no warm neck pillow as I see in other reviews. She spent the whole time speaking to her coworkers in a different language and seemed like they were mocking and laughing at customers. When she finished, she told me to stay put so my polish could dry. Then 10min later told me I could leave without helping me up or anything.
