Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.

After another treatment they were gone within a week or 2. Taking care of your lawn is more then just treatments. It takes a variety of things to keep it looking great, perhaps that needs to be considered as well. I found that keeping the grass well irrigated makes a huge difference in my opinion.
