I'm disappointed With my service at grace threading. I heard such good things from friends and what I read online. I have a scar on my left eyebrow so I know that my eyebrows are never going to be even. The woman who did my eyebrows seemed like she didn't even try to shape them up. She only threaded the bottom without even touching the top. I was in the chair for only 2 minutes. Before she started I let her know that I have a scar and she could have let someone else do it since she obviously didn't know how to work around it. And I don't know if their materials are dirty or cheap but my skin around my eyebrows broke out really bad. If you don't know how to do eyebrows, you shouldn't be doing eyebrows. I went to another location and the woman who fixed my eyebrows thought I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in weeks, when I went to graces just yesterday. I am extremely disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Threading is so much better than waxing, less messy, painful, and it allows for nicer arches. When I lived in L.A. I would drive to Little India, in Artesia to get my eyebrows done. Then, I found this place in Miramesa, I loved it. However, I'm glad they opened a branch closer to me. I've been going here for about a little over year. I've had three people do my eyebrows, but I only trust Rana. The two times, I had different people do them, they were misshapen, lopsided, uneven and one thinner than the other, to say the least. Whatever you do DO NOT let Linda do your eyebrows. She is the only reason I gave this place four stars. I had to draw in my eyebrows and wait a month before they grew out. Wow! I tried this place out because it's convenient and the place I'd gone previously increased their prices. The staff here is SO friendly, both their front desk staff and threading artists! The facility is very sleek, clean, and the chairs you sit in are luxurious! Of course my eyebrows turned out great, which is expected, but they went above and beyond with all the other details which makes me think the place is my new go-to! Also they have some kind of loyalty rewards program, so that's an added bonus. read more

What's better than one Grace threading? There's two now! Love the new store. They do eyebrows and tinting here. Same low prices and quality of work. Ask for Rana! She is the best at threading and will recommend the shape for eyebrows that will suit your face. Always quick and painless. Close to the restaurants to grab food later. I love to get the high frequency after threading so that I don't break out. Ask for witch hazel in the end too. They take walk ins and the store is open 7 days a week. I have been coming here for a few months. My recent visit I asked for the normal services and without even consulting me she added a service on. and charged me for it. I did not argue. I paid for the services but did not give a tip. I would have normally given a 5 start review for this place but after today and the girl doing that, I wasn't happy. I did a full on research before going to get my eyebrows done, just because I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my eyebrows, it's very hard finding someone who will give you the shape that you want without distorting them, or making them thinner. Evelyn definitely knew what she was doing, and you could tell the experience she has while talking with her, not just that.. The threading didn't hurt that much. My eyebrows were in need of a shaping, so instead of having them waxed, I decided to have them threaded this time. Rana had me sign and have a seat until she was ready for me, which was about five minutes. I told her my eyebrows were badly in need of being trimmed and shaped. I honestly can say they did a amazing job. I'm very skeptical of new eye brow places. Two people worked on me at first, I got a Full face With brows and if anyone has ever got that before it sucks and for me at least it's painfully by the sideburn/ neck area but I hate hair. They explained to me they putting some cream on me before to reduce the probability of breaking out due to my makeup. (No one ever told me that, I've broken out three times in the past.) and baby powder ? Do I know why no but they explained that my browns I ever and they are moving my arch and honestly the most explain I have ever gotten from anyone. I have serious trust issues when it comes to who does my thick eyebrows because I've had terrible past scenarios where my thick eyebrows become thin noodles! Lol but the beautiful ladies at Grace Threading NEVER disappoint. I used to have my preferences when it came to who did my eyebrows but then I realized that each lady has done my eyebrows wonderfully! They do not disappoint and really take their time. I tried Grace Threading out because I got a great deal on Groupon, 3 brow threadings for $15. They did such a poor job that I only went twice... First, the positive: nice and clean salon, ample free parking in Uptown shopping center. That's about it. Now let me start by saying that I've had my brows threaded for a while, and I know how it should feel, how long it should take, and how the result should look. I had the same lady work on my brows both times I went, and I can safely say that she had no clue what she was doing. She was basically using her thread as twizzers, plucking one hair at a time. This is NOT how threading is supposed to be done. Her terrible technique resulted in a lot more pain than necessary, it took her over 15 minutes to do my brows each time, and the result was not as perfect with clean lines as it should have been. The first time, I basically had no arch. The second time, I asked if I could have a little more arch, and she struggled for a while, to eventually leave me with asymmetrical brows and a hole on one side. I was livid. I'm still waiting for the hair to grow back and fill the hole. I went back to my usual threading place and they're helping me fix this major disaster, but it's going to take a while. I'll NEVER go back to Grace. The fact that they work by appointment and are only open till 6PM didn't make it a convenient place anyway. read more

I've been going here for probably over 2 years now. It's in a great shopping center, however parking can get difficult during peak hours. I like how the salon is very clean and professional. I get my brows threaded and have never waited more than 10 minutes. I give them 4 starts only because their service can be inconsistent. There are some threaders who do better than others, however they listen to exactly what I want and give their professional opinion from time to time. I have only been unsatisfied with my service once, which isn't bad for going twice a month for over two years. Otherwise, I leave feeling refreshed and happy.
