I came in for a simple clean-up since the usual ladies who take care of me weren't there. However, my eyebrows ended up uneven, and there were still areas that could have been cleaned up more thoroughly. At the time, I chose not to say anything because I didn't want my brows to end up worse than they already were, so I paid and left. I believe it's important for employees to be well-trained and confident in the services they provide so that clients can consistently receive the level of care they expect. As a loyal customer, I value thoroughness and consistency, especially from a place I've trusted for so long. The outcome of services should reflect the quality the business is known for. While I'm unsure if I'll be returning, I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve future experiences, as I know this business is capable of much better.
