When you step in, they offer tea and little Ferrero rocher chocolates. Lashes, chocolate and tea? really? Can I live here? They play soothing music as you get your lashes done and the hours fly by. Despite taking proper aftercare, my brows have faded and no other brow place willing to provide follow up unless you pay them full price-same as getting a new procedure. Positives: Owner did a great job on my brows and happy with the shape. Since it was my first time, I have nothing to compare it to but it was almost pain free. Quiet and clean facility. Plenty of parking. After disputing the follow up charges to BBB, I received a refund. I understand things happen in life but communication is key. The amount charged was intended to cover a follow-up appointment but if I had not reached out to an outside agency for help, I truly think I would've been out $200. Wish it worked out. I really wanted to like this business so I could recommend to my colleagues and friends.
