She knows her art well enough to have altered my natural brow shape just a bit because she knew it would complement my eye shape. She gives you numbing cream during the service, so it doesn't hurt. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience for other potential clients. I originally booked brow services with Haley and was canceled on four separate times during that process. Despite the repeated scheduling issues, I still chose to move forward because I was trying to be understanding and flexible. I later scheduled a brow touch-up appointment before my wedding. Choosing that date required significant coordination on my end, as I'm a teacher and had to take PTO, arrange, and pay for a substitute in advance. I was then later informed that Haley would not be in town for my appointment -- again -- and was given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. While I understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, repeated cancellations (this being the fifth overall) are difficult, especially for time-sensitive services tied to major life events. When I expressed my frustration, the response I received was dismissive and rude, rather than empathetic. Professionalism and clear communication are incredibly important when it comes to cosmetic tattooing, and these were both lacking. A refund was issued, which I appreciate. However, I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that future clients experience more consistent scheduling, clearer communication, and overall kindness. read more

I sent Haley's rep mulitple pictures requesting if i was a good candidate for nano brows after being treated with pico laser. I was told I was, and to come in so I paid a deposit. When I arrived, Haley shared she did not prefer to do the nano brow but a glycolic removal instead and to come back in 6 weeks for the nano brow as I had some yellow shade around my eyebrows. In her previous messages, I was told she can work around the "yellow." Leaving her office shortly after the procedure, my eye brows were bleeding and oozing clear discharge. There was no after care instructions so I contacted the rep, but she was rude and said, "didn't she tell you?" They sent me a post care for nano brow, but not a glycolic saline removal post care. Also, prior to the 6 weeks recovery, my eyebrows were inflamed, red, and did not look like they were healing. Instead they turned darker, and I kept informing her rep, but she kept dismissing my concerns. The rep response was that the "process was normal," and they were "confident" it would heal , and now to wait "12 weeks," opposed to 6 weeks. Well, 12 weeks later, plus two dermatologist visits, I was informed I had hyperpigmentation. In fact, the yellow shade I previously had got worst. Instead of providing a solution, the rep said she was off over the weekend and would get back. They are quick to get you to pay a deposit, tell you you're a good candidate, sell you something else, then ruin your skin. Also, they are blaming pico laser for their due diligence and lack of care when my eye brows are WORST prior to coming in. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! RUDE & SHADY!
