SCAM ALERT! Called to get an arraignment for my mother and was told the price was $100. Never gave me a total with delivery and tax.. Never sent a picture of them (they said they would). I asked about paying for them and they insisted after delivery. After the flowers were delivered (most of which were wilted PICTURE ATTACHED), they tried to charge me over $500 and proceeded to threaten to go to my mothers house if I didn't agree. After finally coming to an agreement over the phone, they took my card and still charged me for more than we agreed to.. Needless to say I will be charging back the amount and possibly calling the police if this harassment continues. I don't have any idea how this place stays in business. Check photo.. I worked with April for a clients wedding and my experience with her was wonderful. From our first meeting she was able to understand the clients vision and mock up some samples for the bride to see that day, without any prior knowledge of what she was looking for. On the day of there was a slight hiccup with the flowers that came in for the brides bouquet but april had a great solution and the bride was very happy. The centerpieces were beautiful and so we're all of the personal flowers. April was so easy to work with and I will definitely be referring future clients to them! read more

Just received two beautiful floral arrangements from my niece in Texas. Not sure how she found this wonderful florist here in Naples where we now live. I am her Aunt and my sister, her Mom, is currently with us as well. We each received a beautiful arrangement for Mother's Day. Each had a different selection of gorgeous fresh flowers in it. Also a different vase if I'm lucky enough to keep them both filled with flowers in the future. The selection of flowers included tulips, roses, chrysanthemums and all so tightly closed or barely opening, we shall enjoy in our Florida air conditioned environment for days! read more

We used Grace Lake's Florist for my son's destination wedding at the Edgewater Beach Hotel. We made two visits to the shop and April helped the bride decide on the table, canopy, bouquets, and boutonnières. The outcome was outstanding! April knew exactly how to execute the bride's vision down to every detail of sea shells, starfish and driftwood mixed among the vases of different sizes matching the blush colored flowers in the wedding party's bouquets. Ordered flowers on the Web - saw the arrangement that was sent. Crushed and paltry are the 2 words that come to mind. Recipient had me view them, pretty colors, but not worth $100 and the aggravation. Was embarrassed. Sent 2 emails to their email address and never heard back. Called them, and got an annoying woman yacking in the background while trying to locate my order. Right hand and left hand are not attached. Excuses, and more excuses. Then asked me to take a picture - go to the place I sent them and go get them a picture - yeah right!!! WON'T be using this place again. What a joke. Overpriced junk is what they put out in my situation. Don't ever write bad reviews, but this is just a cluster. read more

I used Grace Lakes for my wedding and thought both the flowers and customer service were terrible. They didn't listen to what I wanted and the colors were wrong. i wanted very soft and delicate looking arrangements involving white, green, pink and peach. I sent them pictures of the colors and look I wanted as a reference. What did I get? Fluorescent green and coral. It was overly bright and did not match the other decorations I bought. You would be better off going to a supermarket for flowers. At least they would be interesting and fresh looking. The flowers in my arrangements had brown around the edges. I would think spending over $500 should at least warrant you fresh looking flowers, but I guess not. Typical overpriced Naples shop. I would definitely not recommend them for any kind of special event because you will be disappointed. read more

Was in Naples last week and needed some flowers so I went back to Grace Lakes and I was again, very pleased with the arrangement they made for me. It was truly beautiful! I asked to have a hat decorated for a very important event that I have looked forward to attending for several years.The stylist and the Owner asked many questions and seemed to understand what I wanted and promised that the hat would be ready. When I came to pick up the hat on the day of the event, I found that the hat had not been touched. I was very disappointed and decided not to attend the event. It took a week for them to process a credit and there was no offer of an apology. Beware, if you are not important to them, they will blow you off in favour of their favoured customers. read more
