Her staff, ranging from the front desk to the physician assistants, tries their best and is the only saving grace for her practice, which is conveniently located across from Walt Whitman mall. They are friendly, diligent, and do try their best while staying calm, collected, and professional unlike the doctor herself, who seems passive aggressive. Given the poor reviews and experience, I don't recommend her practice unless you want to go through the pain of feeling this distress yourself.

She willingly answered my questions even the day after my dad's discharge and has been a very responsive ordering-physician to the home care team. When we called to set up appointments, the staff were very friendly and did not rush us along as it would often happen. I've always believed that the front office staff is a strong indicator of what the practice is like. Dr. Nadroo has been present, competent, and kind. We highly recommend her to everyone.

Given my schedule, I couldn't wait an extra hour just for the doctor to catch up. A courtesy call letting me know about the delay would have been appreciated. I ended up canceling and leaving. The waiting room was full, and several patients were also complaining about the wait. To be clear, I never met the doctor, so I can't comment on their care. I made an appointment for 1:45pm, so that I could get in and out on my lunch break. It's bad…read moreenough that the only late hours they have is with the PA (who is wonderful, by the way, but she can't do it all). I get called into a room at 2pm, and proceed to wait another 30 minutes without the doctor ever coming in. I walked out, and told the receptionist (?) that I simply couldn't wait anymore, and wondered why someone couldn't have the courtesy to call me if they know he's running so late? You know, a little consideration. Of course, she had an attitude in her reply. Her excuse was that they didn't know he was running that late until I came in. Right. The guy before me who had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called in until 1:50 and who knows how long he waited after that. Time to find a new doctor, perhaps one whose staff has some respect for patients' time. And the best part was that she asked if I wanted to reschedule. You have to be joking me, lady. Awful.
