I've only worked in the building for about a month so maybe I'll have to update this later. So far the little cafe on the 4th floor has been an excellent part of working here. While I generally try to pack my own lunch, sometimes you just come to work empty handed.
The cafe itself is small but has enough room for 8 small 4 person tables. Generally the tables are just people waiting for their order to be made. The food is at least prepared or warmed up while you wait so it seems more fresh than something that has been laying around all day.
The variety is quite amazing considering how small of a place it is. I really enjoy the chicken fried steak when they have it, though any of the hot sandwiches will do.
Generally the combo meals with a can of soda runs around 7 dollars, so it is not a bad deal. The nice Korean lady who takes your order and payment is a gentle personality that may differ from the stresses of work.
They do take credit cards for orders over 5 dollars, though only Visa or Mastercard.
As a bonus, they have a TV in there always showing Maury Povich if you need more drama in your life. read more
