As a reference, I came here to sell my car. + Trevor touched based with me on the phone on the day of my appointment. + Christy helped me and it took her maybe 10 mins or so to move my car, get the paperwork, then another 5 mins or so to scan the signed paperwork etc. + In 15-20 minutes, I had the check in my hand and waiting for a Lyft. + They consistently offered more money (~$3k more) than other rivals (Caravana, etc.) Make sure to check with them on pricing even if you don't plan on selling your car here. Doesn't cost you to get a quote with them. + They called Lyft for me (60 miles radius) free of charge. + Streamlined process. Uploaded all documents online the night before and had no issues with the website/form. - I live 2 hours from the closest CarMax location (this one). I wish they had another location closest to Detroit area (let's say). I had to catch another Lyft from mid-point to my home, but it wasn't that bad.

Unfortunately, the behavior of the salesman showing me around this lot is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with purchasing the car I was interested in. As a young woman shopping for a car on my own, I was met with condescending remarks such as, "Why didn't your boyfriend come help you find a car?" This comment was not only dismissive but presumptuous--how would he know if I even had a boyfriend? It was clear he doubted my ability to make decisions independently, which made me feel undervalued. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disrespected as a potential customer. Thankfully, I went to another dealership where I was treated with respect and purchased a car completely on my own. This experience stands out to me because it shows how much a salesperson's attitude can influence a decision. I hope this feedback helps this company better train their employees on professionalism and customer service. Everyone deserves to feel respected and empowered during such an important purchase.

Brett on the other hand needs to work on his people skills, he was overly pushy trying to sell more warranty options I just could not do as I had just paid a large amount of money for my 2025 I just purchased. Wanted me to pay an additional $2,000-$3000 for more additional warranty. I politely declined and just was going with the factory warranty, kept going on about what they all covered i again politely declined, he did a very good job making me very unwelcomed bc i was refusing another warranty, like the $28,000 check i just handed him was not enough. Failed to Go over what the factory warranty offered, failed to go over what it covered, failed to Let me know incase I needed to use the warranty where I can go to get an issue fixed. I had been working my ass off to get a new car, I have NEVER owned brand new and this was a very exciting time for me, and he made that part of purchasing like I didn't even matter he was just all about the money.
