Updated from June 2025. Once again it took effort to have him come onsite for a better estimate…read moreinstead of via Yelp. Poor communication, no follow up, and finally after effort on my part he finally came by. He asked I send him pics of the pavers and gravel I may want, which I did, but never heard from him. My email stated going forward we will only communicate via email as text messages are not good documentation for a $3K project (it is what he gave me without seeing the project). A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

Yanez House Leveling is a gem in the industry and we were grateful to work with her, an absolute pleasure!

Marshal and Eugene showed on time just like was scheduled. Right away they put on boot covers to protect my flooring and listened intently while I explained the issue. They then explained my payment options and said an invoice would be emailed. I highly recommend Phoenix for your plumbing issues, small or large!

It looks much better than I even hoped it would look. Kyle and Felicia were very responsive to our request for a quote and Kyle came out right away and provided a drawing and showed us samples of the deck material. The price was very reasonable, so we agreed upon a date to begin the work. The crew arrived on time, and worked diligently over a couple of days. Mike, the supervisor, kept a good eye on everything and was very helpful throughout the process. He thoroughly inspected the work once it was all finished. I was very impressed with how solid and strong the material was. The posts were made of cedar, and the construction was a quality job. The staining added the perfect finishing touch to our patio. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Integrated Outdoor Designs, and have recommended them to my neighbors.

One to repair just the damage and an estimate to repair more of the wall which was cracked. Agreed to repair more of the wall. Agreed to a time to repair. Ace and team had an opening in their schedule so came earlier than scheduled. Fantastic repair job. Cannot even tell where the damage was and perfectly matched the rest of the stone retaining wall. It became clear we would need a new retaining wall to make this happen the way we wanted it to. They responded to my request for a quote quickly. We wanted a complete landscaping project,…read moreincluding a sprinkler system and a deck. Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either. In the end, we went with another company that could do the landscaping and the in-ground sprinklers together in the same project. If it was landscaping only, I would have been happy to try them. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.
