We knew it was about time to replace the upstairs unit too, but the timing just wasn't right. Fast forward to yesterday: the upstairs AC stopped blowing cold. I spent a rough night trying to sleep in the desert heat. This morning I called Air Mighty, and once again they took great care of my family. Michael came out and was extremely helpful. He was upfront about the service and everything he was doing. He confirmed what I already knew, it's time to replace the unit, but he got it working so it will hopefully get us through the next few months. After a call to SANO, they had a tech out same day that was able to diagnose the issue in minutes. They recommended a home water filtration system and anti-scale unit to prevent my municipal water quality from damaging my heating elements (this was the source of failure). They came back a few days latter and repaired the steam shower and swapped my water filtration system and all is working perfectly! I recommended them to my mom when she was quoted an outrageous amount from a competitor, and they redid her entire HVAC system for 20% less than the competitor quote with top-notch work. I need to post pictures later as I've never seen an HVAC company take the care they did at my mom's place. They relined the entire cabinet with heat-protective material and all plumbing and electrical are as clean as I've ever seen. I'm a customer for life!

We have been paying for a monthly…read moremembership that includes preventative maintenance, and our AC was just serviced by this company about two weeks ago. We were told everything looked good. Two weeks later, our AC completely stopped cooling during a heat wave. This was actually the first emergency no-cooling call I've had since signing up for the membership, and when I finally needed them, I was told they couldn't get anyone out until the following day. That was especially frustrating because there have been times when my scheduled maintenance appointments were canceled or rescheduled because technicians needed to handle emergency no-cooling calls. I completely understood that at the time because emergencies should take priority. So when I was the customer with the emergency and no AC during a heat wave, I expected that same level of priority. I ended up calling another local company, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician found that our dual capacitor was out of range and needed to be replaced. Once it was replaced, our AC was back up and running. What's most disappointing is that this is the type of issue I would expect preventative maintenance to potentially identify, especially when the system had been inspected only two weeks earlier. I understand that parts can fail unexpectedly, but given how soon this happened after our service, it makes me question how thorough that maintenance visit actually was. I do want to add that every technician we've dealt with from this company has been very nice and professional. My disappointment is not with the technicians personally, but with the overall value and reliability of the membership. We've continued paying monthly because we wanted the peace of mind of preventative maintenance and support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the first time we actually needed emergency service, we had to call and pay another company to diagnose and fix the problem.

Later that day, I finally received a text message from Veronica stating that she would escalate the matter as "urgent." Today is August 25, 2026--22 days after my initial call--and I still have not received a phone call from Veronica or anyone in management. I have now been told that there is supposedly an email addressing my concerns, yet no one has had the professional courtesy to contact me directly to discuss the situation or provide a resolution. For a customer who invested approximately $15,000 in a new system, this level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I should not have to repeatedly follow up for more than three weeks simply to have my concerns acknowledged and addressed by management.

He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. He gave us the estimate before he started and I asked for a very rough estimate of a new unit (having no idea) so we decided to go with repair and hope for the best. The repair wasn't cheap but considering all the work that needed to be done as well as it being an older unit, I feel it was a very fair price. I think we did have the best with Kirk. He was able to repair our unit and give it some much needed TLC for our AC unit and furnace. He even installed our pre-purchased thermostat! Kirk was polite and considerate. He took time to answer all of our questions and ensured us that we could reach out with any questions, I believe him. Service people can often be rushed, there is a lot of work out there, but not Kirk. He didn't waste time either, I felt like he was in and out in no time at all. I called All City Plumbing the next morning at like 9am and they were able to schedule me in a time slot from 10am-12pm. I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. The price was also very very reasonable, I've never hired a plumber before so I was expecting something crazy but this was affordable Very easy to work with, I highly recommend them!

He charged me $145. So I don't know if our service guy from All City was incompetent or malicious but I will never use them again. Update - following the review and a phone call the $350 bill was dropped. Obviously they have lost my trust permanently. But thought I should include the final outcome in this review.

Overall, they do great work, and I really appreciate how responsive they are when I bring up a concern. They listen and make sure things get taken care of. I'm very happy with the work they've done for us and would gladly recommend them.
