I appreciated that attention to detail. Definitely recommend Sosa House Cleaning

I used Tlamani for a deep clean of my rental unit to transition over to new renters. I paid $450…read morefor the service, but was not present during the cleaning because I had other obligations. Accordingly, I was not there to evaluate the work in real time, but the team assured me that when I was able to make it to the unit to evaluate - if it was not up to my expectations that their work was guaranteed and they would come back. (text exchange attached). The unit was empty - no furniture in the way - so when I showed up to evaluate the work and saw what a terrible job they did I was EXTREMELY disappointed. They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work.

We contacted Carlos to do a clean up job at a rental property where someone had just moved out. We…read morewarned him they had left the unit filthy dirty. He went and looked at the job before quoting a price of $800. He promised he would do a "deep clean" and get it ready for another renter to "move in." After he said it was completed we went and checked it. It was not even close to ready for another renter to "move in." We walked him through the unit and told him what needed to be completed. The next day he said it was done. We inspected it again and it was still dirty. When we inspected it the floors had not been done, he also said he would have to charge more to do the tile flooring. A "deep clean" should include the floors. Carlos insisted his workers cleaned the unit, we ended up calling in another company, after paying Carlos $700. We also steamed cleaned the floors ourselves since Carlos's company did not do them. If he had quoted us more originally, that would have been fine. He saw the unit before quoting us a price.

When I finally completed my graduate program, I was finally able to take my eyes off the computer and fix them upon the layer of dust on every shelf, blind, and appliances, and hard water stains on the countertops and showers. I felt sadness as I had done a disservice to our home and attempted to do some cleaning to no avail. One random day my sister asked me what I wanted for my graduation gift, my knee jerk response was, "To have someone deep clean my house." She promptly arranged Mary's Professional House Keeping to answer my wish. We didn't know what to expect and, to be honest, we were a bit concerned of their professionalism when they were delayed by 45 minutes from our scheduled time. HOWEVER, we were happy to be proven wrong as we were BLOWN AWAY by the quality of their service. The hard water stains evaporated, dust disappeared, and the appliances looked brand new. Everything SPARKLED by the end of their 3.5 hour job. The inside of our home looked rejuvenated; something we humbly admitted that we could not achieve on our own. We joked that this was the right time to have people over because the house looked so ready for hosting guests. We were really pleased with Mary's Professional House Keeping and will use them again in the future!

The first time, I paid in cash, yet she later contacted me saying I hadn't paid -- which was completely unacceptable. When I reached out again for a deep cleaning quote, she gave me a price that was $100 higher than another house that's twice the size of ours. I also asked about recurring basic cleaning (excluding the living room) and was quoted $175, even though our home is very small and the entire second floor is just a living room and tiny kitchen. When I politely asked for a reasonable price adjustment, she never responded. Overall, very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication.

I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday and Mother's Day gift by getting the house cleaned but knowing that I did not have enough time throughout the weeks leading up to her birthday, I knew I needed help. So, I found Miracles Clean Services and was contacted by Claudia. Claudia is professional, prompt with her responses, and told me exactly what her services covers. I inquired with her about a deep cleaning for a two bedroom, one bath house with a living room, kitchen, and dining room. Claudia gave me her estimate and worked around the dates I needed to have the service done. On the day of the service, there was a schedule change to the time, but I was more than happy to make the accommodations. Claudia and her colleague, Maria, arrived on time and ready to provide the deep cleaning service. Claudia and Maria turned my place upside down, inside out, and made sure to work meticulously in each room, cleaning and working out every detail. They worked my entire place by sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing, rearranging things to make things look organized and ordered. After each room was deep cleaned, Claudia and Maria made sure to remove all waste, both mine and theirs that they collected from their deep cleaning. I have to applaud the service they provided me for my wife! Claudia and Maria did an AMAZING job! They got things cleaned that I did not think was possible to look brand new again! Thank you, Claudia and Maria, for your help with your services! You've made my wife extremely happy!
