My 2018 Chevy Malibu broke 6 days after purchasing it...it shut off stranding me in moving traffic on 171 at 5pm rush hour...first they didn't care until I blasted they on Facebook...so they took it for 2 weeks claimed to fix it and here we are 3 weeks later and it did it again in Alexandria almost causing my daughter and myself to be hit and killed on the busy streets...They do not care as long as they get their money. They assured me when I had reservations that it was a solid car that had everything checked out...they are liars and I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!! Wheelmart and Randall Haymon did a magnificent job at finding my daughter and I vehicles over the past month. Randalls professionalism was stellar. He made both parties feel comfortable. He listened to our needs and wants and showed us vehicles perfectly matching what we desired. He paid close attention to our monthly payment limitations and went out of his way to make sure we landed on a vehicle that fit within our budget. He did not attempt to push us into purchasing a more expensive vehicle which is very comforting and made the purchase procedure very enjoyable. It is very nice to walk into a business and be treated nicely. I had been looking for a new car for a while and had shopped most of the other dealerships before going to Wheelmart. I had friends telling me to go and see them, and I finally did. I was able to buy a great car that had less than 10,000 miles at an unbelievable price. They were fantastic, my salesperson Mike was funny and listened to all of my questions and got me answers straight away. He even gave me a copy of the carfax without me having to beg for it like another dealership down the way did. I recently bought a car from WheelMart and they were fantastic. This was not my first car purchase, but it was, by far, the easiest. There was none of the "let me go talk to my manager" business to worry about. I walked in, was greeted by Wayne and within 20 minutes was on my first test drive and after I decided which car was going to work best we were working on the financing. The entire process from driving to the lot in my old car and driving off in my new car was less than 2 hours. They had a great selection of cars and were extremely nice during the entire process.
