Looking for a good spot to grab a drink and go. I got an iced chai latte-- delicious! Loved all the spices coming together. I did think their pastries would be from a local bakery (small shop) but was a little surprised to have a prepackaged muffin. It was good but would have rather gotten something more fresh. The baristas here are always so sweet and memorize every order and the drink menu is so fun and I think they use Cafe Darte still but if not their coffee always has kicked me in to my work days so good and the food is a good variety as well. Good classic PNW coffee stand. read more

I love the coffee here since I moved to the north side in 20' but I'm now wondering if I've been paying for 24oz americanos with only 2 shots of espresso when the standard is at least 3 for that size or even a 16oz. It's a lot of the reason people order americanos, more espresso than latte style drinks. I don't know if this is a new change to save money or what the deal is with that but unfortunately I'm going to skip out on their stand from now on with that being my go to drink. I've been wanting to stop by here for YEARS! Finally had an opportunity and came by with my sister on a whim yesterday. Overall, I found it to be pretty basic. Nothing special about the coffee though they do have an extensive menu, which is cool. And it's always nice to have a lot of options. I ordered the Premium Dark Mocha - it was again, OK. I've had better mochas before but what I did enjoy is that it wasn't super sweet. I do wish that I could taste the dark chocolate and coffee a bit more though. My sister ordered the hot chocolate and again, it was OK. I tasted it and completely agree with her assessment. I've had MUCH better before and this one honestly tasted more like sweet milk rather than chocolate milk. Overall, I'd say it's better than no coffee at all but I probably will not return. read more

I received my coffee and after handing my card the lady started counting cash and asked me to hold for several minutes while she take care of counting cash out of the register. Took several minutes to wait for my card back. Poor customer experience. Also one of the ladies in the booth had a serious spray tan, never seen something so intense. read more

I've passed by this place many times and always wondered how it is. I am glad to report that it's all in all good. My sister ordered a mocha and I ordered a hot chocolate. The barista was kind and easy going, she asked how our day was going and seemed genuinely interested. The drinks were good, pretty standard. I feel like every other gourmet I go to they don't even interact besides saying "what can I get you" Jessika has her customer service down. She was very sweet and she listened to my concerns about making my coffee perfect! Which she did! Tasted absolutely gourmet. I tipped this nice lady $10 today and usually only tip other ladies $1-2 so if your working here and see this, be more social otherwise why are you working at coffee stand? Overall I'm a fan of the actual coffee in the chain. They did free coffee for teachers at some point, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente I believe. The food is highly packaged and processed, not from local places. One barista (Lauren) has really changed my opinion for GL in Bothell. In the summer, she was working without gloves or a mask. I contacted Gourmet Latte via IG and they said they would look into it. Now, she wears a mask that's super loose fitting and therefore is pulling it up multiple times per customer. That makes she is touching her nose/mouth area and then touching my drinks. I really can't get over that now during covid. In addition, one time I was ordering for three people and I said one order, then the other two so I wouldn't overwhelm her. I wasn't aware I should have ordered all three at once. The barista became really upset. I genuinely apologized a few times but she continued to talk about how bad it was that I didn't tell her all of the orders at once. Overall, there are better places to support. read more

This is such a hard review to write. The employees are great. The owner, not so much. The amount of times she has increased the price of drinks is absolutely ridiculous. The money is going towards super fancy stands and not giving the girls raises or holiday pay. Seriously, she can't pay them at least time and a half on holidays? That is beyond greedy. I normally love all the Gourmet Latte locations. On Tuesday 1/16, early afternoon I visited the location by Costco in Lynnwood, the 2 female baristas way over charged me for my drink. When I asked them about the price they were so rude and argued with me for way too long. They wasted my time and the people in line behind my selfs' time. In the end she admitted they had charged me for a syrup I didn't get. She ended up giving me some of my money back, pulling it out of the tip jar and she seemed so put off that I would want any money back after being overcharged. She tried to tell me that charging me for a mocha doesn't actually include the mocha sauce and that is an extra charge, obviously untrue. It was an awful experience that left me pissed off the rest of the day. Worst customer service ever, I had also already left a tip. Had she just apologized in the first place and admitted the mistake I wouldn't have asked for money back. Extremely rude! Also the day before on the 164th location a new barista made my drink. I ordered a 24oz and when I went to drink it later, the cup was only half full. A very expensive 12oz coffee! Train your employees better and don't allow them to be extremely rude to customers, especially if they are wrong! read more

Since they will not answer the phone so I can voice my complaint to them I will write a review instead which is unfortunate because most of the baristas are competent at their job there. I was assist by Ashley who got my order incorrect AND overcharged me. This is not the first time that I have had an issue with service from her and I usually try to avoid her line. Today I drove up with my family. We ordered two coffee drinks and an apple juice along with two bagels and cream cheese. She forgot to charge us for the bagels on the first charge and then when she charged us for those too we ended up with two debit card fees because she had made a mistake. Not sure why I have to pay for their mistakes? After we drove off I started to drink my coffee and discovered it was made incorrectly. I had ordered a 20oz white coffee with non-fat milk and sugar free peppermint. Instead I received a super sweet white mocha with peppermint. Then my wife tasted hers, she ordered a decaf mocha with no whip cream. She received a mocha with peppermint in it (she hates peppermint). There are plenty of coffee stands and establishments in the area and certainly between my house and my place of business. After I use my free coffee points I have I will not be returning to this establishment unless these issues can be resolved to my satisfaction. I really shouldn't need to worry about which barista is working at which stand so I can just get a coffee the way it was ordered. read more

My Go To location: when my kids kept me up off and on all night after the anxiety of taxes or business stuff has slightly faded, and I wake up the next morning feeling like an elephant sat on me for hours, i can't make breakfast or coffee, i must be lazy, so we hop in the car (dressed okay enough) on our way to the park and stop through Gourmet Latte. I love to get the croissant breakfast sandwich or either other bagel, egg and cheese with meat sandwiches. I get double shots (1 white coffee,1 reg.) or 3 shots ( 2 white, 1 reg.) depending on how tragically lazy my day might be if i don't get coffee. Almond milk then white chocolate and/or coconut are my go to flavors and all the girls blend them so well, there have been some overly sweet ones but they happily remake them or I happily reuse it for creamer in my coffee the next day on a productive-ish day (its soooo good by the way). lattes and americanos are my faves. I think some credit goes to Kendra, the training manager or manager on this site that is so consistent with her training of all the girls/guys. and of how she treats them (which is so key). they are always happy and friendly too and appropriately dressed but still super cute and individual...but really what they make is more important. read more

All the talk about Baristas at all Gourmet Latte made me want to go and see the place for myself. They are efficient, make a great cuppa and gave me some chocolate covered coffee beans . Ok they give them to everybody, but I thought it was cool. The Coffee here is just class apart from other drive up stands. Do try their Marbled Truffle .. It was too sweet for me, but the spouse loved it. My personal favorite was the Breve. I had about 15 Breves in 5 days in Seattle. That's how much I loved it. read more

This is one of my favorite espresso places! One barista in particular is really awesome...she lets me try experimental italian soda flavors, because I'm always indecisive. There are lots of gourmet latte locations too and their reward card works at all of them. I came by this place during the weekend and got a vanilla latte. The barista up front was super friendly and sweet. The coffee is pretty good, not burnt and definitely better than starbucks. The latte was a bit on the sweet side, but was smooth overall. I wish they had more locations in the Kirkland area, but overall nice stands and the line moves pretty quickly. read more

I live in Florida and visit here often- there is NO place I look forward to more than a good latte here. I get a skin milk sugar free white chocolate latte- always delicious. The girls who work here are all super nice and friendly and remember who you are. They also have a great punchcard where you buy 9 or 10 drinks and get one free.
