To begin, me and my four other friends decided to eat at this establishment. We were a group of five and they were quick with sitting us down, not even a minute for our group size. The waiter then went on to explain how the ordering system worked and we began searching through the menus. My other friend and I ordered at the desk, the other three ordering online. The line for ordering at the desk took about 15-20 minutes and there were three other people in-front of us. We order our food, sit down, and wait for our orders. 30 minutes pass, about 6:40pm, one of my friends that ordered mobile gets her milkshake. This milkshake came in the same mixing cup shakes are made in, had grin on the cup, and the milkshake had chunks of unmixed ingredients. Additionally, we had not gotten water at this point, thinking it would come right as we sit down, so we asked for some for the table. The glasses for the water also had grim in them and had looked like they had not been washed. 10 minutes pass two of my friends get their kids cheese burgers, about 40-45 minutes into the service. However, the waiter comes back with an additionally kids burger. Putting the context clues together, my friend who had ordered online had some connection issues and had ordered two of everything. She explains this to the waiter, but he sends her extra burger back. 10 minutes pass again, about 7:00pm, and I get my chicken burger while the rest get their remaining drinks. My friend who had ordered double discussed with the waiter that the food he had brought previously was in fact hers. He asks for anything that can justify her claim, and she explains to him the process at which she ordered. The waiter then explains the online ordering system is quite tricky and mistakes happen. My friend says that that's fine but she does in fact want the extra food she paid for.The waiter elaborated that he doesn't know how to help, so she asks for the manager because he would be knowledgeable on the subject. The waiter calls the manager and he comes in with an attitude. Immediately asks for our receipts, no greeting or anything welcoming. He came with my chicken burger and repeatedly asked me if i was sure i ordered this and if it was mine. She shows him the receipts, and the rest of us tell him her missing out fries, three of us including me. We're staying respectful with our questions, but he then starts to tell us to "calm down" and "learn how to communicate ". We do not respond at these comments and just show them the receipts. We ask for him to bring the fries to go because we had to be at a meeting place in 5 minutes. He comes back, no to go box and just the fries. We ask again for the to go box and he tells us to calm down. Keep in mind, we were all staying respectfully and letting him speak. He had been cutting us off and commenting on how we're speaking. He comes back with the boxes and we leave the restaurant, half of us not being able to eat our food and most of the orders being wrong.

Got the Salvador. My gf for the Bacon Pastorella chicken sandwich. We also split sweet potato fries and an onion ring tower. Sweet potato fries were crispy and hot. Onion rings were some of the best batter ORs we've ever had. My patty was good just a tad on the dry side. Nothing to cry about. Chicken sandwich was spot on. Nicely breaded chicken cutlet and the pesto sauce was great. And we got 2 beers. Great selection of beers. I got the Elvis juice which is a limited edition beer but it was great. Highly recommend

Blue cheese burger

Really, I've said it many times before but GBK is the original (fact) but is also the best (Stefan-fact). The burgers are always fantastic-i love the blue cheese which you can have with a slice of Gorganzola, rather than nasty dressing. The shunky fries are crisp and , well chinky and the onion rings historic. Byron be off with you-GBK is the best!

Can't fault it, it's a chain, yeah course, but the service was great, was served my lunch in less than 15 minutes! Win win! I ordered a four ounce chicken burger, which was grilled to perfection and came with mayo, which I specifically requested. I got a side salad to complement it, the green salad was lightly coated with dressing, nothing too heavy, which I liked and all in all, was a nice lunch! It's not gonna be a game changer, but it's a safe bet for a yummy lunch and very affordable.

Cheese classic, 4oz

I had the classic cheese burger and though it was the 'classic' with not too many ingredients, the burger was amazing. The toasted bun, the meat, and the melted cheese had such a great flavor and texture. The cheese was so melted well that it was more liquid-like.

Delicious delicious delicious! There's really not much more to say. There's a wide selection of burgers for a reasonable price and large portion sizes. We also had chips on the side and those were golden and crispy. The venue itself was also very cosy. This is all coming from a person who generally does not like burgers. Here however I might return to!

Kiwi burgur and thin fries with satay + smoked sweet chili(?) they were okay

Five Guys - Such a good burger. Friendly staff and amazing fries.

Best burger I've ever had? It's up there let me tell you (though that honour remains with Patty & Bun)! What I really liked about Five Guys was the way that burgers could be customised, and how while it looks like fast food (but isn't priced like fast food), each burger is made specifically for the person ordering it. And that burger comprises a truly succulent, tasty patty, an amazing bun, fantastic bacon (should you want bacon) and, grilled onions? Yes please again if you want them. Anyway, it all came together into a burger that honestly, WOW. The list of items you can add to your burger was probably 15 or 16 long, the combinations must be immense! And that was accompanied by fries that I would say are the best fries I've ever had. And the nice touch on the wall where they tell you where the potatoes come from was not lost on me. Five Guys. Amazing!

Quite happily, I'm proud to say it's the former. Bombay Burrito is pretty close to what you imagine an Indian burrito to be. Curry, chutneys, chickpeas, salad, chilli (proper spicy chilli) and delicious spices. Each day they have rotating specials meaning the menu is small, but there should always be something new or in rotation. The staff, were great. Very friendly, and packed our burritos to the brim. We were here with a groupon, but that didn't matter, I challenged that one of our burritos couldn't be folded, and was absolutely impressed when it turned out I was clearly wrong. Additionally, we were allowed to pick any beer from the selection. I was surprised at the range of quite interesting craft beers I hadn't seen anywhere else. The 8% one was a refreshing surprise and turned me red (asian glow) within 5 minutes. Whilst there we also scavenged some poppadum crisps from a table that hadn't finished and were friendly enough to pass them our way (I say pass, but really I meant: we asked and took :D). The staff noticed and were kind enough to offer us some additional chutneys to use as dip. Now that's lovely human service. So in all, Indian burritos all things being fair, should take off in a big way. I'm not sure if Bombay Burrito is the chain to do it, but I really hope they do. The combination of great food, drink is a hit. It just needs the marketing drive and the hipsters to support it to really take off.

I've had my first Tortilla-burrito at Yelp event a while back and chatting with the owner, I found out that he's actually from San Francisco - which probably explains why I like their burritos. And since the event, I've kind of made Tortilla my default-Mexican food stop when my craving gets too strong. My tip: when you get a steak or pork burrito - ask them to NOT squeeze out the juice. I find that a juicy (well-lubricated) burrito is much tastier. Also, do invest in extra-guacamole, as this will uplift the flavour tremendously. (They are a little stingy on the guacamole though.)

After popping in and waiting for 7 minutes in the line, I finally got to ask the lady at the counter if they actually make some real California burritos, like you know, with French fries instead of rice. Which was met with the most puzzled stare...anyways, I ended up ordering a classic burrito which was ok, but still feeling like I got tricked into this. Now, does anyone know an authentic Mexican joint whuch do California burritos?
