I would be cautious before scheduling a visit with this office. Their practice is not normal. They only see patients twice a week, except when vacationing, in which case, they see nobody. They do not accept insurance (i.e. the cost to the patient is $250/month, plus the cost of medication or treatments). And...the office staff is particularly rude and insulting!

I was asked to fax over my Medical Insurance card which I did within an hour of making the appointment. Also, before making the appointment I had logged into my insurance to make sure that Dr Snow was on my plan! One week after making this appointment I was called and questioned about my insurance, at which time I explained that I had faxed over my insurance card on the day I made the appointment! Then 3 days later, a total of 10 days after making the appointment I received a message that Dr Snow does not accept my insurance and that I would need to pay out of pocket or cancel my appointment! I am and was so angry that first of all they waited 10 days, second of all they obviously did not have correct information, and 3 that no one cared that I have been bleeding! Very bad experience with Dr. Jared Lazar, D.O. During a…read moremedical appointment, this doctor treated the patient inhumanely. He directly stated that he "would die" if he had a procedure, without providing clear explanations or showing empathy. Furthermore, he didn't allow discussion of high blood pressure, ignoring a serious concern. To make matters worse, the patient needed a prescription for his blood pressure, and they refused to give it with the excuse that "his doctor had never prescribed it," even though it's clearly recorded in the system. Very strange and totally irresponsible. As I told the secretary on the phone, I hold them responsible for anything that happens to my father starting yesterday. 8/21/2025 11:15 am I'm giving it because you can't give zero stars; if you could, I wouldn't give him one.
