He basically offered next day delivery but we chose to wait a few days because we are having work done on our house. Unfortunately the truck broke down when they were supposed to deliver last night but they called right away and told us it would come the next day. They made us first stop and the delivery men were kind and efficient. Of course my luck it had to be pouring rain but they had a mat coming into the house and wore booties on their shoes to protect my wood floors! That made me incredibly happy! The guys even put the floor protectors on base of bed. He listened to our needs and wants and made several recommendations. We selected the one we preferred and scheduled convenient delivery (which went flawlessly). Second Mattress and adjustable base, same story. As an aside, we needed a bracket after delivery and stopped in at the store. Ed was off and Sudhir went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the bracket at no charge in the nearby warehouse. I would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a mattress, go to the Levittown location and look for Ed or Sudhir. Sadly, two of us in the house had covid over the Christmas holiday. No custom items. I asked how it had been decided to go into a furniture business? The you ER of the 2 women pointed to the other and said she has experience with it. There is little tight parking with no room to turn around and a flashing streetlight. Not a place for me.
