They had another manicurist, Dolker, step in and she completely turned it around. She checked in with me on each nail and executed the design way better -- I left really happy. They also took $15 off, which I appreciated. The manicure itself lasted almost 4 weeks with no chipping and I kept getting compliments. One tip: bring cash for gratuity -- otherwise it's Venmo only, but there's a bodega right across the street if you need it. I'd definitely come back -- just booking with Dolker next time.
