She tells me the first cleaning is way more expensive than subsequent cleaning and begins to let me know add-ons such as tidying up/organizing is extra. I bite my tongue and agree. She tells me she will meet me at a specific time and I agree. The day of the cleaning comes and the morning of she begins to tell me she will be a little late like an hour. Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars. She says I had a picture on care.com but it was just my name so I do not know where she even got my picture from. Any comment she has provided below is all in an effort to cover up her shameful behavior.

They responded quickly, set up a time to meet and then were back for a deep clean a couple days later (and so gracious when I had to reschedule the deep cleaning). The whole crew arrived, they were here for more than 3 hours and I honestly don't know if this house has ever been cleaner. They got every little detail...including stuff I didn't ask/expect! I'm talking full window washing, inside the pantry, all the little weird dusty corners that you never see if you weren't doing a bit of an inspection. I had…read morea large move-out clean and he deep cleaned a 1 bedroom basement apartment as well as a deep cleaned of the main house kitchen. He was prompt and did a walkthrough before they started. So everything was clear. They really did an AMAZING job. I dont think I know when the fridge and oven were cleaned that well. They also made the bed and changed the shower curtain. The toaster looked like it was brand new. They had me check the place before they left and cleaned one small thing I asked quickly before accepting the payment and was surprised when I gave him a tip. For context i live in MD and get a regular deep clean every 2-3 months and I have a much larger home and I pay around the same and my place is not as disgusting as this apartment and kitchen was. Whoever said their pricing was ridiculous probably doesnt get cleaning done often and doesnt know the value and hardwork. Place is spotless and smells amazing, hoping to have them back again for the rest of the house.
