For Goshen this place is pretty good. I come from Chicago, so I have to remember to judge by local standards and not Chicago standards. Pros: The pho broth is flavorful Locals really love this place They try their best The egg rolls are flaky and delicious (they're actually fried spring rolls, if you're expecting typical thick Chinese egg rolls these are not the same, but I prefer these) Relaxed service allows for conversation and catching up They keep it pretty clean despite it being so short staffed Delicious bubble tea - boba cooked perfectly chewy Cons: Very short staffed, ONE waitress for the whole place. I would suggest coming here if you're NOT in a hurry, it's not a quick turnaround Smells like Fabuloso (at least you know they're cleaning it but I hate the smell of this stuff, it's so strong it seems like I can taste it!) A little pricey for the area Limited meat in the pho Personal experience: I don't like the chicken spring rolls, the chicken is some sort of dry lunch meat and made what would have been a nice spring roll pretty gross, but I was sharing with someone who didn't want the shrimp ones *I prefer shrimp* I've been to a lot of pho places in Chicago where they have a much better selection of meats, here they only offer the most basic (which is usually probably fine for locals). I'd love to see some fatty flank and tripe available but I'm sure those wouldn't be nearly as popular here so I get why it's not an option. Maybe the place was short staffed... but only one older man who took order for our table of 12. He had maybe 4-5 tables in addition. 1.5 hours later! We got our food...no waters which we requested. Appetizers served all on 2 plates Family Style? -- I felt bad for gentleman who was working hard.. maybe 1 more in kitchen. Trick is order ahead ( maybe 1-2 hours). I just traveled 900 miles and looking forward to some Bun. They were out but I decided to try the Pho. Basically soup with deliciousness inside. My oh my it will put warmth on the inside especially if you eat the slices of jalapeño peppers. I had the special Pho with everything in it. Don't be concerned if you can't pronounce the names--each entree has a number and order by number or just point to it on the menu. I'm from Chicago and was in town for a wedding. Being of Laotian descent, we typically finish a gathering with pho. We probably had about 25 people trickle in without warning, so I'm sure we overwhelmed the service(a little slow) but the owner or manager did his best to accommodate us. There isn't big tables for your group so you'll be split up between booths. For a pho spot in little Goshen Indiana, I didn't think it was bad. Sat down saw an employee serve a salad to one table then go to kitchen and return remove the salad from that table and serve it to another table, very unsanitary! Living in Goshen I have fairly low expectations for quality Vietnamese food. I was surprised to find that this place, when it's at it's best, has as good of food as I've had in the area. The bread on the Bahn Mi was crispy, fresh just like the textbook would require. The Pho was flavorful and had depth, it wasn't just one note like other Pho I've had at other places. The food certainly tastes as they care about what they are making. Now an observation about service. You can see that this is a family owned business. They care and put heart into what they are doing. I also see that there is a little disorganization behind the counter. The person taking the orders was also filling orders while the older adults were cooking. There doesn't seem to be the system of organization to expedite food orders. They were not super busy so I could see this becoming a problem during peak hours. I have learned that if you see cops eating at a local establishment, it's good, it's clean and it's trustworthy!! Not often do I venture to Goshen so I'm not too familiar with this area. However, during a business commute my co-worker and I both were famished wanting to relax and dine at a sit down restarant and eat a nice meal, instead of getting fast food. After browsing the web, I found Goshen noodles. A small, and quaint restaurant being very basic in appearance both externally and once inside. I expected there to be more frills with their decorum but with this being very informal there's no need for it. This is a order at the register/window, restaurant with their menu located directly above, in which you seat yourself. Also, their condiments are located on a large table for people to choose from, and they even have the same condiments for purchase next to the register. For my meal I ordered their cream cheese rangoon as an appetizer, and both shrimp pho, and steak banhmi for my entrees. My co-worker had also ordered cream cheese rangoon with seafood pho. Once our cream cheese ragoons arrived the appearance was typical of most crab ragoons, but when my co-worker and I bit in we both looked shocked, then smiled at each other. Of all the Asian restaurants I've tried serving cream cheese ragoon, these were the most delicious ones I've ever had literally! The outside was crunchy, somewhat flakey and light, rather than oily and overly stiff. The cream cheese inside was extremely fresh tasting similar to many fresh churned butters and dairy products. WOW!! My shrimp pho was also light, but our pho bowls filled us up fast. My only expectation was that though the taste was delicious, our pho's could've used more shrimp. While eating the owner came out to check on us, and while complimenting the food he said that he and his wife (who worked at register) own the restarant. Explaining why their food is so good. To accompany my meal the drink I ordered flowed with the owner's authentic menu being one of those imported Asian drinks. This drink was very unique and somewhat hard to open since there was a glass ball inside that falls after you pop the drink open. I was very pleased with my meal and had a very warm cozy dinning experience. I love restaurants such as these. Relaxing, casual enough to go every day, but good enough to eat quality meals. This restarant is great for those on-the-go that are trying to achieve the best of both worlds. Since the service is fairly fast, and the layout of the restarant is designed for comfy but in and out dinning. Hopefully if and when I venture back to Goshen, I get the opportunity to stop here, if so, I'm definitely getting the cream cheese rangoon again. And my recommendation is if you're in the area do likewise and please try these cream cheese ragoons. Yum! read more

His demeanor and the food have kept us coming back for pho, fried rice, egg rolls and other savory items options that fill us up. Often the portions are enough for leftovers the next day. Great food at a very low price. The sandwich was really good, a great mixture of sweet and savory. The BBQ pork Bahn Mi(sandwich) was really good and definitely not outside of anyone's comfort zone. Kids would like it and anybody who doesn't want to experiment with unknown foods will like this. The stir fry was pretty good. Also the Pho was really good. Next time we will order it with some more spice. Bubble tea is very sweet and the way that I am used to drinking it where the ice is not blended into the drink, and I think it tastes best this way. May have found our new spot for take out food in Goshen. It is important to state this based on a previous review. The meal was really good, the atmosphere was good, and the service is provided by a very nice family that owns the restaurant. They provided food quickly and with a smile. The receipt had our servers name on it and in parentheses it said "Dad." As a family restaurant it had a great family feel and we had a very nice experience. The pho was to die for and the staff was friendly and patient. They didn't have full dine in at this time due to COVID 19 restrictions but that didn't mean they they weren't super busy. While I waiting to order my food a call came in on a take out order and I could tell the caller had so many questions. The staffer that answered the phone didn't mind in the slightest and patiently answered all of their questions. I feel that the best judge of an eatery is how the staff performs under pressure. We really enjoyed multiple stops here on our last trip through Goshen. Really enjoyed the Pho and spicy chicken. My only disappointment was in the quality and quantity of pickled veg on the Bahn mi. I was excited to try this place agyer reading some of the reviews, and while it's not awful, it's not spectacular either. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. The staff seemed friendly and inviting. The pho was ok. Pretty plain visually as well as in flavor, although it did taste clean and was refreshing. I tried the lychee/hibiscus tea and couldn't stomach it because it was like drinking a bottle of perfume. The crab rangoons and chicken dumplings were good, with a nice texture and ftesh flavor. I don't live near here and won't be going out of my way to revisit, but I am sure there are some locals who probably frequent this restaurant. read more
