A tree unexpectedly took down my power line on a Saturday and pulled the entire power meter and pole off my house. Since it was a weekend my usual electrician wasn't available and he recommended Volt Doctors. Their 24 hr dispatcher immediately answered and they had an electrician on site within two hours on a Saturday evening. Erik, helped get my generator running and hooked up, and an hour after that I had an estimate and repair plan in hand. On Sunday and Monday Summer was in frequent contact with updates and by Monday afternoon the repair was complete and good as new! The job came in under the projected time and under budget, so they reduced the cost to the real hours worked. I can't speak highly enough about Volt Doctors, THIS is how you run a business!

I contacted Mebane Electrical and after a short discussion, I was told they would come back out to finish the job. I never recieved an apology. I got a few quotes and Eric was reasonably priced, walked me through exactly what he was going to do, and provided me a quote that broke everything down cleanly. He was able to start the job within a couple of days of me selecting him and did some of the cleanest electrical work I have seen. He took great care in opening and reclosing the wall above the panel. Wiring in the attic looks like has always been there. And the installation of the outlets and lighting are neat and clean.
