One outside and one inside. the latest was they repainted my ceilings which were old dingy beige color and made them bright white. Again. What a huge difference it made! Jorge is very thorough and took the time to cover up all my furniture and rugs and pictures and everything. I was extremely pleased and impressed. Alicia is a joy to deal with. They are both very kind and professional and go out of their way to make sure that you are happy with the work and service you received. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all my painting needs.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with this company. Initially, Jacky was very gracious. She…read moreresponded quickly to all text and calls, her boyfriend came at the time specified and covered our floors, steps, and belongings sufficiently to prevent damage or staining from paint. They were finished before the timeframe that was given (more on that later) and left. After the job was done is when things took a turn for the worse. Not only did one of their workers KNOWINGLY ( he made a poor attempt of trying to fix it thinking we wouldn't notice) break an expensive custom made blind that they did not tell us about (we were compensated after we pointed this out), we also noticed NUMEROUS places where they allowed the paint to drip down our wall leaving unsightly clumped up paint, improper sanding of the walls that left a very noticeably different look from one place to next and overall shoddy workmanship. We were also left with a huge bulge in one of our main walls from improper sanding and mudding, the Boyfried came back to "correct" this issue along with the paint drips but only made the area WORSE! We came to the conclusion that these individuals were incompetent, this was confirmed after we consulted with other reputable painters in the area (whom we should have hired instead of Valdes). At least three other painting companies were consulted and they all said the work was incredibly substandard and amateurish. One company was appalled they completed the work in such a short amount of time and stated for it to be done properly it would have required at least 3 more days. I regret hiring these people, I have gone back and forth with Jacky attempting to remedy the situation but we got absolutely no where. I paid over 4K for this job and she offered only $500 in return which will not begin to correct the mess they made. I have pictures, videos, text and emails to support everything that is said in this review. Attached are a just a few pictures for reference, trust me I could post many more. I would certainly look elsewhere for your painting needs

I called the scheduling number at 10:30 to follow up. No response. Called them again a few days later. No response. These guys are obviously bad at scheduling; others have pointed that out. They have no qualms about wasting your time. But even the best businesses make scheduling mistakes from time to time, right? It's a small thing. What sets these guys apart is how they handled it. They didn't own the mistake, didn't apologize, didn't attempt to fix it. They buried their heads in the sand, hoping the problem would go away if they ignored it. And that should give anyone pause. If this is how they handle a small mistake, how do you think they'll handle a big one?
