He always secures the best possible price for me--in fact, my most recent renewal just dropped by about $300! In this current economy, that kind of savings and dedicated customer service is hard to find. Benjamin Fry is a smaller business, but that's exactly what makes them the best. They genuinely care, always remembering names and proactively addressing any issues that might come up. In today's world, having an insurance team you can truly trust means everything. They simply don't make businesses like Benjamin Fry Insurance anymore. I'm incredibly happy with their service and will definitely be sticking with them for the long run!

We just added another car to our policy today -- holding our breath for a huge increase in premiums! DID NOT HAPPEN. These are the nicest insurance people I have EVER met and am so grateful for their personal, professional courteous customer service. They offer a lot of options for insurance and really work hard to give you great service AND great rates. They are the best! Melissa Puntenney

One time, I was even impatient with Shelby when setting up the account, but she was very personable in return. (Moving can be so stressful/emotional). She (and others in the office) are highly responsive, courteous and responsible individuals. It's no surprise she is still going strong in a competitive market such as Austin where the market is crazy. We should support small, local businesses where the leader is an extremely hard worker. Well done, Shelby!
