I'm fairly experienced with Medicare and this is the first time I've reached out for assistance. Specifically, I was looking to change my Part G insurer. Cameron was very patient, knowledgeable and provided me some excellent guidance. I had asked her about the least expensive Plan G available for me in Florida. She mentioned that the insurer was a "direct to consumer" plan, so her agency would get no benefit from this selection. However, she highly recommended them and again, answered all my questions. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, and my messages often went unanswered for days or weeks. Even after following up multiple times, communication was inconsistent. This became especially frustrating because I expect timely responses when dealing with something as important as insurance. I eventually switched to a different agent, and the difference in professionalism and responsiveness was immediate.
