I will give a quick break down of everything for people who are contemplating this company for your meal prep service. For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. We love it! The pricing is extremely reasonable and dealing with Justin is absolutely a pleasure. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. He is very good at getting back to you in a timely manner as well and answers all questions ( if you even have any) as he is very descriptive in everything he says so he leaves you without questions. NOW! Speaking flavor here, every single item you order is flavored just perfectly. I have yet to try something that does not taste good. Everything on this menu is mix and match and pairs well with everything. You never get bored of the options. I would 100% recommend this service for anyone looking to get into a meal prep service.

Should I start with the terrible business practices? Or the mediocre food?…read more We'll start with the business practices. Communication is terrible. I made about 4-5 different trips to the pick up location and left with nothing. The delivery is ridiculous. The communication is ridiculous. I had contacted VMP after my payment had been processed and they took a full two business days to respond. This time it was a webmaster issue. The issue the week prior was that their van overheated. It's now two weeks since I should've received my order and I haven't received food, haven't received a refund, and haven't heard a peep from VMP. Even after I escalated the issue via PayPal. This is $171 dollars we're talking about (which after ordering from prepLIFE I find to be ridiculously over priced for the amount of food you get and the quality). The meals are OKAY. The turkey chili is dry, the steak "upgrade" is chewy. Not quality meat. The chicken adobo and Caribbean jerk chicken taste the same except the Adobo has more cilantro. Also, be prepared to have mashed sweet potato with EVERYTHING. VMP's saving grace is their blackened fish which was pretty good. Except it wasn't blackened as opposed to smothered in spices. Still waiting on a response. And still waiting for my refund.

Tri-tip Steak & eggs plate…read more First off, always past by this place and decided to finally come in and order. They require ahead of time order (my plate was 1hr wait) and give you this paper with a QR code that directs you to the website where you can choose from tons of different customizable options. I decided on the tri tip steak and eggs and was extremely satisfied with my choice. Upon picking up my order, super cool dude at the front guaranteed my satisfaction and told me it was his favorite plate. When I got to my car, the smell of the food in the bag was incredible. Nice weight to the bag of food as well, always a good sign lol. As soon as I opened the box, the presentation was perfect. 4 buttered wheat toast, 4 eggs made how you like, I ordered over easy, and a ton of sweet potato's with the tri tip laying on top of the potato's. EVERYTHING was seasoned perfectly and the steak was deliciously tender. Literally melted in your mouth. I couldn't be more happier with my order. I do eat more than the normal person but this plate was a perfect amount of food for the price and the quality. On a side note, if youre on the eco friendly side, this place gives you your order in those thick compostable containers and biodegradable bag to carry the food which I think is awesome of them 10/10 experience and taste. Will DEFINITELY come back ! Unfortunately no food picture bc it was devoured instantly lol

I was inspired and went on a 12 month plant-based diet and within 3 months I'd lost 10 lbs off of my already lean, fit physique! I recently rediscovered LGF after Amanda emailed me and I must say she's a real breath of fresh air and very helpful with any issues/questions related to LGF. The new menu offerings inspired me to order again after a fairly long hiatus and the Asian Noodles and Korean Japchae were wonderful!
