He gave me an incredible massage. Even though English wasn't his first language he was able to communicate effectively about comfort, pressure levels, and what I was looking for in the massage. I was recovering from a torn trapezius and he really helped ease the pain. For the entire hour he was able to apply really intense but consistent pressure. His techniques were much different than other massages I've had but it really helped ease my pain. He had me doing some passive arm movements while receiving the massage and it really alleviated my pain that other masseuses could not get to. I am looking forward to visiting again.

I will continue to go back and give them a 5-star rating!! However, what was a great massage session today turned into a disturbing series of events half way into my massage. Another customer came in and had a female therapist in the room adjacent to ours. Because the facility is an "open space " facility with no walls for privacy, conversations in other massage rooms can be heard easily (unfortunately). The female customer was extremely loud, obnoxious, and had absolutely no filter!! And what made it worse, made it the reason I had to write a review ( which I have only done once before in my life), was the subject matter she was spewing from her hateful mouth! Amongst many rude, demeaning, and disgusting comments on her POLITICAL VIEWS.... she stated that her and her friends "were only disappointed that our former President Trump, who had just been shot and nearly lost his life, was that the shooter MISSED!!!!and didn't kill him!!! They say liberalism is a "mental disorder ". Well this woman who just wished another persons death, is obviously mentally disturbed!! So why write this review? Maybe to help prevent another person this same horrifying experience from happening again. Monsters could put up some signs around the individual rooms and main waiting room asking their custOmer's to keep the volume down, use a low voice, and to respect others in their sessions. A person like that, you are not going to change their hateful rhetoric, not worth the effort. But hopefully next time, everyone in the building won't be subjected to it!!! While on vacation, my daughter has high altitude sickness…read more It is suppressing her desire to eat or drink making her nauseous. Our location it is very over populated currently (we are in Mammoth Lakes) to get in to see urgent care as it is July 4th weekend will be very difficult. It is very disappointing that we are not able to get help from her primary care doctor. Simple anti nausea for high altitude sickness. Why? So she can get fluids / food in her so she won't need an IV. Suggestion was: 1. Take her to a lower altitude (which we may just do but have paid a pretty penny VRBO to be here) 2. Urgent care (spend a day going through this experience when the town is overwhelmed with quantity of people).

When I arrived, I learned I had an outstanding bill I didn't know about. I was stressed, surprised, and admittedly irritated -- not at the staff, but at the situation itself. Even in that moment, the front-desk team handled everything with such patience and grace that it completely shifted the tone of the visit. They were calm, kind, and compassionate when they absolutely could have mirrored my frustration. Instead, they chose empathy. They chose understanding. They chose to treat me with dignity at a moment when I was overwhelmed -- and that meant more than I expected, especially since the bill was mine to take care of. I want to emphasize this because it matters: people always have a choice in how they treat others. These amazing women chose to elevate the situation instead of escalating it. That is rare, and it speaks volumes about who they are. And if any of the staff see this, I hope you take a moment to reflect on how powerful your kindness truly is. Taking those few extra seconds to treat someone gently when they're stressed or overwhelmed can change their entire day.
